The youngster in the article above, 13 years old when it took place has been criminalised for calling somebody a poofter. What's the world coming to ?

Not only has he got a criminal record for what would have been disregarded as a bit of fun 5 years ago but he's been fined £400. Where's a lad that age going to come up with that sort of cash, turn to selling drugs maybe ?

Get a job, deliver newspapers, whatever. Who cares?
Everybody has to be responsible for their own actions, and face the consequencies of those actions, even at 13 years old.
The idea that some of these youths should be allowed to thug up and act like criminals with impunity based on age is one that needs crushing, especially in the UK.
