I see. The correct course of action would have been to reference the error on my part . . . seeing as it didn't precede your post or was in any way related to the issue at hand.Originally Posted by Jet Gorgon
Actually, my post was in no way referencing yours in this respect.
Quite correct . . . except that it didn't make sense in the given circumstance.Originally Posted by Jet Gorgon
Not to worry, we learn from our mistakes. So, your question about radicalism in the Evangelical sense compared to Rev Wright, extremist Jews and Muslims.
The flaw in your question is that you isolate an individual, Wright, and throw him amongst groups.
I also believe, as Foreigner does, that he has a right to his opinion. I don't know enough about him to comment, really, if he called God's damnation on Caucasians and asked for whites to be killed then he is wrong. If he criticised the historical and current treatment of Blacks in the US then he is entitled to his opinion . . . nothing wrong with that. Is that what you are referring to?
Extremist/radical Jews and Muslims and their views and actions are also wrong. Why should a label distinguish one's opinion?
Calling me 'Dearie'? Please, we can do without that. If you'd like to engage in a discussion then do so, if you're looking at continuing your little trolling tirade against me then please do so in the appropriate venue.
As was pointed out numerous times, I'm sure other posters are tired of it, so please desist or do it via PMs.
