Indeed I doubt there is a real plan to try and keep blacks out of the bars. But China can be a bit of a difficult place for blacks.

The Chinese are very racist against Blacks actually. I have no science or numbers to back me up here, but I'd say the major eastern seaboard cities are a good deal more liberal in this regard than the rest of the country, especially amongst the younger generation.

I can't recall the exact figures but Asian voters were overwhelmingly in support of Hillary during the primaries. Many admitting they would not vote for Obama because he was black.
