Do they have an oppressive regime that survives through fear and intimidation?
Have they invaded a peaceful neighbor?
Do they require tens of thousands of coalition forces stationed in neighboring countries to monitor their multiple infractions of UN directives? For a decade.

They do breed Islamic extremists though. And I'd like to find ways to rid the planet of that scourge.
