TMTG is the company that owns "truth social" and he has a chunk of that. It started trading at $80 a share or so thanks to dumb trumpanzees and it's now less than $15.

Noted. Trump has already lost an opportunity to stop other shareholders from selling the stcock they bought at his invitation. They may sell sooner rather than later to avoid further losses.

Trumpspoke at an indoor rally in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, where at one point he called Vice President Kamala Harris "a mentally disabled person." Trump also appeared to blame illegal immigration for a fly buzzing on stage.

At another point in the swing-state rally, Trump ranted against immigrants using a phone app, saying that "most people don't have any idea what the hell a phone app is."

In a discussion about illegal immigration, Trump, the creator of a social media app and site called Truth Social, said, "They have a phone app so that people can come into our country."

"These are smart immigrants, I guess, because most people don't have any idea what the hell a phone app is," Trump added.

The statement drew widespread laughter on social media, with the official campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris posting a meme with Trump's quote along with the words, "Okay grandpa let’s get you to bed."

Indeed Vance seem a slick run of the mill politician, the oddity is his change of heart from slating Trump to endorsing him.

Sure Vance's attitude to economics , abortion America first varied from Tim Walz's typical Dem view but he was rational clear and clam, the fact both families shook hands contrasted with trump's discomfort from being called out by a smart educated woman.

Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters sentenced to 9 years in prison for role in 2021 breach of election system

GRAND JUNCTION — Former Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters was sentenced Thursday to nine years behind bars by a judge who labeled her a “charlatan” for her role in a 2021 breach of her own county’s election system.

Peters will serve 60 days to six months in the Mesa County jail before she is transferred to the state Department of Corrections.

Peters was handcuffed and taken to jail immediately after she was sentenced.

As deputies removed her from the courtroom, Peters at the last instant raised her shackled hands, fluttered a wave and a blew a kiss to her supporters in the packed courtroom.

Twenty-first Judicial District Judge Matthew Barrett handed down the sentence after saying Peters had found a way to profit off of lies and would continue to do so if she remained out of prison.

“Your lies are well-documented and these convictions are serious,” he said. “I am convinced you would do it all over again. You are as defiant a defendant as this court has ever seen.”

Based on the seriousness of her crimes and the damage they caused to trust in voting nationwide “prison is the only place” for Peters, Barrett said. He added that the damage she caused is “unmeasurable.”
