It appears you’re too thick of a cvnt to understand the definition a war.

    No military campaigns under Trump?

So. the botched special operations raid in Yemen, and the cruise missile strike against an Assad-regime airfield in Syria, don’t fall under your definition of war?

I certainly think that deserves one of your…

Every war/conflict, the United States has been in, since Vietnam, was started by a Republican president.

You’re a tedious bore, but deep down, I’m pretty sure you know that.
By the way, you’ve obviously never read anything written by Dale Carnegie, have you?

My fellow Democrats, I have decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term. My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year. Democrats — it’s time to come together and beat Trump. Let’s do thi

first of all, I don’t think Democrats had much choice. Secondly, I think they rally around her, especially if she picks a strong VP.

I sure hope there is, but I don’t think there’s anyway in hell Trump will debate her.
    She would destroy him.

I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.
I am a huge fan of Ky. Governor Andy Bashear. Calm, cool, and collected, and squeaky clean. One of the most popular governors in the country.

He is the antithesis of JD Vance.
    And yes, no skeletons.

You folks best get accustomed to having old orange guy in the white house again.
Perhaps, a better round this time.
First two acts: Dissolve or pull out of NATO. Stop all funding/aid, of any kind, to that wicked Israel.

Hope old Senile Corrupt Genocide Joe doesn't do anything foolish in his remaining months.
I trust his diligent handlers are taking up the slack.

I see that Obama, Schumer and Pelosi haven't announced support for Harris yet.

    Clever

Everybody else seems to support her as candidate no end.

    Ofcourse only till they don't.

    History certainly repeats itself

They won't allow Trump to be president. Period. So it doesn't really matter.

Is it possible that Biden agreed to stand down, provided he was allowed to support his replacement?

Harris is probably a bit bland and vanilla, but she will carry a few black voters. She needs a strong VP, or another term as herself, carrying on under the radar, supporting the democrat convention choice to replace Joe?

What would have prevented him from supporting his replacement?

Biden had more support from blacks than she does.

If Biden was leading Trump in the polls, they wouldn't have wanted him to step down, regardless of his debate performance, or his dementia.

Harris is polling the same as Biden against Trump so this is like watching a slow moving train wreck.
