How you gould describe that article as good news is beyond me booner.

It is a confirmation of the horror that Baghdad has experienced and is experiencing. A gulag city, with large sectors ruled by violent militia's. Much of it 'ethnically cleansed' in the most horrific way imaginable. A city where people are scared to visit their friends, or even return to their homes. An urban streetscape of blast walls, razor wire and checkpoints.

I suppose the good news element can be described in one sentence- it's not as apocalyptic as it was a year ago.
