I am afraid medical science would probably not back you on this. There is something called Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome, where women (genetically) are born without a womb (or vagina).
Hence, I will give it a shot based on biology:
If you are potentially able to donate a Y chromosome you are male. If you are not potentially able to donate a Y chromosome, you are female.
