I've heard of Jeremy Hunt, I think. Ring's a bell or is it just from Cockney Slang?

    Maybe that was Helen Hunt.

Achilles heel will be her stance on pro Trans rights. Sunak still the favourite, though Tugendhat won't be that far away.

I knew a hoard of insecure wankers would show up and talk a big standards game. But that's what it is. Just talk. I've noticed that some of the biggest talkers end up having the lowest standards in practice. I've noticed this so many times.

Is this broad perfect ? Hell no. But she's a 49 year old British politician. For a middle aged British female politician , she's alright.

Of course you wouldn't. Not theoretically anyway. But in reality , you probably would if she was twice as heavy

So if you were theoretically single, at the bar. You end up talking to her. And towards the end of the night she starts walking you to her hotel room. You are going turn her down. Sure you would.

Either dishonesty or homosexuality me thinks.

Her soubriquet among the wags of Whitehall is " Penny Dormant " on account of her inability to say or do anything remotely memorable or relevant.

This stable of runners is truly a gaggle of old nags all of whom were selected by BoJo, not for any true talent, but for their servility and willingness to embrace Brexit, and because of that inferiority would make him look almost gifted.

Former Chancellor Rishi Sunak has won the first round of voting by MPs to choose the next Conservative leader and prime minister.

He got 88 votes, with Trade Minister Penny Mordaunt in second place on 67 and Foreign Secretary Liz Truss third on 50.

Chancellor Nadhim Zahawi and former health secretary Jeremy Hunt were eliminated from the race.

Those still in the contest face another round of voting on Thursday.

The field is expected to be narrowed to two by the end of next week, and then around 160,000 Tory members decide which candidate they want to become the next party leader and prime minister.

The result will be announced on 5 September.

The remaining six hopefuls are now scrambling for support from MPs who backed Mr Hunt and Mr Zahawi.

Mr Sunak, who quit as chancellor last week in protest at Boris Johnson's running of the government, told the BBC he felt "great" about the result.

Leaving the Commons room where the vote was announced, Ms Mordaunt said she was "very honoured" by her showing.

It's a 2 horse race that will be decided by the Tory membership.

Who would a typical Tory vote for?

    Rishi or Penny???

Seriously, you heard it here first!
