How is your prediction on parity going SA? Oh I see, you were talking about the Euro sinking against the USD. Oh dear, it went below one USD but chin up old boy, the Euro has raced up to be 1.003 USD today. At least until the Russian gas gets cut again.
Well inflation in the UK is leading the Eurozone in leaps and bounds currently ripping the UK apart at a staggering 9.1% while the Eurozone is coasting along at a paltry 8.6%. Thank god the eurozone have got a handle on inflation. Your predictive powers obviously honed rapier like after years in the civil service.

Seriously, you heard it here first!

My prediction for the final two candidates:
    Sunak
    Truss

Having watched a video of Mordaunt pitching herself to Conservatives, I can't see her being a Tory leader who will win a general election.

Your stupidity is eternal, Huge Cow.

As I have said on numerous occasions, as you full well know, my prediction of parity was based on a Brexit outcome with no deal.

As it is, it looks like £ is devaluing more and more as $ increases on the news that 10% inflation is likely in the US and a 1% hike is imminent in their base rate.

    You fucking idiot.

Brexit is the nigger in the woodpile for the dumb English whose winter of discontent is looming larger and larger.

She is simply rehearsing shibboleths she found whilst rootling around in her bag of half-arsed, recycled and outworn manifesto bombast churned out of Party HQ over the past 20 fucking years. So, the fault of piss poor government and debt driven politics fucking up the country over the past 6 years hasn't been the Tory party, it's been a broken Whitehall all the time. Fuck me, so the Treasury and Cabinet Office have been running the country the whole fucking time. Well, I never.

And the stupid cvunt is going to make it all better by using the 'white heat of technology' and reduce government, the executive and the Cabinet??

We all know they are just talking to the rank and file Tory racists and reactionary right that constitute the grassroots Tory fuckwitland but, really, couldn't she do a bit better.

The stupid bag clearly hasn't an original thought in her head.

That 'white heat' shit goes back to Wilson's days in the 1960s.

Except for the fact that Russia never once used gas as a tool for blackmail. Not fucking once. It was the US that put sanctions on Russia. And Russia kept the gas flowing since the day the war started. Even while Europe could not pay for it. Then Russia opened Gazprom bank so that Europe could catch up on payment and they did.

Now the US sanctioned Nord stream 1 so that Canada can't fix the pipeline turbine. Not fucking Russia you dishonest prick.

It is the US that is using coercion to block the gas going from Russia to Germany. So it forces Germany to buy dirty frac gas from the US.

Germany's whole chemical industry cannot exist without cheap gas from Russia. Any other gas is non competitive.

In the end , it will be the US dollar that loses the most. The US is a dual debtor that relies on creditor nations like Germany to recycle their trade surplus into USD. So we just have to wait for that. Then after the US goes broke , Germany and Russia can make a peace deal and go back to win win deals for gas.

We don't have leaders, we have parties that form cabinets under a PM answerable daily to parliament.

A coalition between Lab/Lib is the best option and rejoining the single market restoring free movement is the only sensible policy.

i think it is the labour party that is not ready for a nigerian woman conservative leader. it would destroy their obsessions with victimhood and racism.

He's a bourgeois Blairite. He probably worked for Blair. So Starmer is his man.

So as usual you chose to avoid the question, pretty pathetic. You are full of yourself pointing out what you perceive is wrong but much like your personal life, devoid of answers to the real questions.

He's all mouth. Starmer suits him to a T, he also has no answers to the important questions except lets go and hide in the EU again so the 0ther 27, soon to be 28 can make our decisions for us.

There has never been a Lab/Lib coalition Government.

There has been no benefit from leaving the Single Market and rejoining would solve a lot of problems.

Those shyster Lib/dems backed down.on their pledge for free university places in England as in Scotland and Wales.

The electorate lost all confidence and trust after that debacle.

Brexiteer, Royal Navy reservist, and former magician's assistant.

Penny Mordaunt is perhaps one of the lesser known candidates on the slate - but the 49-year-old has emerged as a serious contender, coming second in both rounds of voting.

Let's take a closer look at her background.

She was named after HMS Penelope – the first cruiser to be able to perform a complete about turn in her own length – a manoeuvre she once joked she hoped she'd never have to deploy in her political life.

Growing up in Portsmouth, her mother died of breast cancer while she was in her teens, and she later worked as a magician's assistant to fund her way through sixth form.

She's credited her interest in politics to working in Romanian orphanages during her gap year.

After studying Philosophy at Reading University, she went to work for the Conservatives as head of youth under then-Prime Minister John Major.

In 2005, she stood for Parliament unsuccessfully, but won her Portsmouth North seat in 2010.

Once in Parliament, she trained to be a Royal Navy reservist, and later became communities and then armed forces minister under David Cameron.

She worked her way up to her first cabinet post in Theresa May's government, before becoming the UK's first female defence secretary in 2019.

She was appointed paymaster general and then trade minister under Boris Johnson, and was not among the dozens of ministers who quit in the days before Johnson's resignation.

Labour is scared of Mordaunt, Ellwood says
More from Penny Mordaunt supporter Tobias Ellwood, who has said she is the candidate to beat Labour at the next general election.

He says he hopes Tory party members will consider who is most likely to succeed against Sir Keir Starmer.

Ellwood adds that Conservatives have not been performing well in recent local and by-elections, but argues that there is "every chance we can turn this around" if the party rallies around Mordaunt.

Quote Message: The polls show that Labour is scared of Penny Mordaunt, that's why we should support her.
