Admittedly, I have never travelled as part of a "Congressional Delegation", but airlines tend to check one's destination and the entry requirements of your destination. Including private visits to NaGastan.

I see a problem here for the Chinese government. If the pelosi plane uses the emergency excuse (illegal to fake an emergency btw) then it's going to be difficult to interdict the plane.

Which airline would risk being banned from flying into China again? But when image is all to some. It would be one way. Would NaGastan take the risk, would the other passengers be put at risk by NaGastan?

Without Chinese clearance, any foreign military plane entering Chinese airspace would be an act of war.
