No hoohoo.

As with the BBC it is editorially independent by law.

And as with the BBC you will frequently find the goverments of the day whinging about it.

Unlike Russia or Chinastan where the dictator du jour simply tells their media what to print and broadcast.

Yeh, it's an ABC program- I watch it quite often. ABC is probably the main reason why rural folk in Oz are better informed than city weasels, watching the utter crap they watch on commercial channels.

Other ABC 'should be' required viewing- Media Watch, Media Bites, and Four Corners. But it seems the general public is quite complicit in it's own dumbing down.
