Anyway, whatever ones opinion about the results of the survey, I think the Germans make a pretty good and rational sample group. Apart from their economic prominence and location in central Europe, they have not been indoctrinated to think of either the russki's or yankees as baby eating monsters. In fact, as a nation and a people they have traded, invested and interacted with both alien species throughout their lives.

I'd suggest that Germans/Germany views both parties with a certain distrust, caution . . . while not being militarily worried about the US. Russia, on the other hand . . .
