Imagine being such an angry little racist that you actually find yourself arguing on the side of attempting to justify a child being shot dead.

And yet you haven't pointed out a single lie I've made.

You're just being an angry little racist and demonstrating your inability to comprehend, as per.

sadly, in the Tamir Rice case, the gun lacked the orange-tipped barrel.

From what I can see, this is the actual (airsoft) replica gun, and a real gun:

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minneapolis police are taught to restrain combative suspects with a knee on their back or shoulders if necessary but are told to “stay away from the neck when possible,” a department use-of-force instructor testified Tuesday at former Officer Derek Chauvin’s murder trial.

Police official: Chauvin trained to avoid neck pressure

Only you would think that changes anything or makes what Chauvin did better.

It seems the defence argument is going to be that he was under pressure (excuse the pun) from a noisy crowd and couldn't hear Floyd saying he couldn't breathe - 27 times.

I suspect the jury may see through that cunning plan.

Defense only has to convince one juror the dude not guilty. Figure they will continue tactics to divert the jury away from the obvious.
Prosecution had a bad day today. Bringing more of pretty much the same to testify only gives defense the chance to ask questions who's answers throw doubt in jurors minds.

They been having a bad day for the last few days really. Defense getting the chief (I think it was) to admit the knee was on the shoulder, and not the neck, was pretty damning.

Prosecution playing games with viewing angles is obvious as well and the jury will see through it.

Also was pointed out for the billionth time for all the morons in the back that the “iconic” image of Chauvin with his hand in his pocket was actually his hand by his side, with a black latex glove on.

Defense also went through and showed that Chauvins knee was on his shoulder blade, but with both feet and one whole leg on the ground, not Floyd’s body, throwing shade on the “light to moderate” pressure argument.

Chauvin’s fucked, but it won’t be murder.

His hand is not in his pocket. He has a black latex glove on

That's why the selection of the jury by the two parties is more important than the whole process...

I expect they will use that argument as an additional factor. However, I think their main argument will be that the restraint was allowed by the MPD and was on the shoulder and not the neck. They will certainly be examining the MPD training on restraints especially when handling someone suspected to be high on drugs. The police trainer answer was subjective not objective. No time limit and no objective answer on when to remove restraint.

This is not as black and white as many appear to think, which is worrying.

People are always running their mouth when they are getting arrested. I can't breath. These cuffs are breaking my wrists. It was just a fluke that I happened to be true.

Do you support cops being held blameless for all department policy violations?

What about if he cut off Floyd's breath for 15 minutes?
