It matters little whether they are right wing or left wing domestic terrorists especially to the victims. They are just as dead. The rise of either and how to prevent it would seem to be more important but the lack of political will and political correctness ensures a never ending cycle of the rise and fall of both.

I forgot that this turd of a thread existed. I just assumed it was the right wing domestic terrorism thread. This thread is just basically a whataboutism and is full of shit posting and ultimately fell flat of proving that "left wing" terrorism is a real threat in the US. Posting links about a political protest or rioting do not a terrorist make no matter how much they may want it to be so.

On the other hand right wing terror groups in the US are considered a growing danger and are considered the number one risk of terror attacks as far as the FBI is concerned putting that threat risk above even islamic terrorists. FFS a group of right wing nutbags were just indicted for trying to kidnap the Governor of Michigan. On the left reportedly antifa lit a few garbage cans on fire in Seattle.

Well then, before we can have any meaningful discussion, we'd first of all have to define what constitutes terrorism. Frankly, I'm torn - when those Islamic State chaps blow themselves up without hurting anybody else, is that proper terrorism? it seems to me that they're doing us all a favour. And when a chap attending a "peaceful protest" throws a bomb at the Mark O. Hatfield United States Courthouse in Portland - that's not at all terroristy, right?
