How much would you pay monthly for unfettered and totally unrestricted film access?

I know many use torrents and they do work. They're also illegal. This is Thailand so most don't worry about repercussions.

What would you pay monthly for immediate free access to whatever you wanted to watch? No download waiting bullshit to find there was an error.

    Unfettered access.

    How much?

    Torrents.

Netflix. Got it for free as Miss Booty Call Craft Beer Brewer added me to her account.

HD Prime for live sport. 380thb per month.

    So. 380th per month.

If all those options suddenly disappeared, I'd be onto Dill to hook me up with his 8,000 baht per year dodgy illegal TV box man.

What have you lost if you download a torrent that has an error?

The answer to that, and to the op's question, is...nothing.

The Top Gear Nepal special is 1.6Gbs, it was downloading at 8mbs when I looked.

Haven't bothered using me fingers and toes, but it didn't take long to download.

    About 10 squids per month.

I've just cancelled my Netflix due to the Korean hitlers being completely useless cunts - they've just introduced age verification via your phone, even though I pay monthly with my Korean credit card..., and of course, being shitty Korean tech, it doesn't work... I have to use my VPN and sign in via the UK or US, but that slows my connection down. Cancelled. Not Netflix's fault, dumb Korean stuff... Nothing banking, online sales or anything of that nature (all of which use unique Korean verification software) works in this country - welcome to the future... Not.

And what if Dill said you must pay half each month in advance?

Miss Craft Beer Brewer should hope you don't both log in simultaneously with the same ID or you'll probably creat a fuss with the Netflix Admin.

If by "HD Prime for live sport. 380thb per month." , you mean Amazon Prime please tell me your secret. I've yet to find a VPN that doesn't suffer enough DNS leak for Amazon to detect the country of origin. But maybe you don't live in Thailand Louie?

That's little dosh for Prime regardless.

    Nope.

Separate user on the one account. She's allowed 4 separate users to have their own account on the one NF account. Has her, 2 of her office staff, then I was offered the last one.

I just go to NF and click on my one.

Though the main account sign-in is her email address and the password seems to be her date of birth.

    Which was good for snooping.

I have 2 x dodgy IPTV subs costing 3500 + 2000 baht for a year (great value and can watch anything) for me, the middle netflix package 380 baht a month for me and the family (they all love South Korean tv shows) and a local cable subscription 350 baht per month for the family.
Netflix is brilliant IMO as you can set up to 5 profiles on one account (in different languages as well) so everyone can easily watch stuff that they are interested in. They also have software now that won't let you watch more streams than you've paid for , a friendly message appears on the screen if you try to watch from too many devices at the same time. You can also download stuff to watch later if you so wish.
I also use Kodi (turbo build) now and again which is free.

I pay 2500 Baht a year for my live tv, that gives me 2295 channels as of right now (it's forever having new channels added) including every entertainment, news, and sport channel I'll ever need including all PPV events. There's also currently 1478 movies and 276 series included in that package, including 51 Netflix originals and 122 US tv series as an example.

I also pay ZERO for totally unrestricted movie and series watching on free apps like Titanium tv and UnlockMyTV. If there's any movie or series you can't find on apps like those 2, they doesn't exist.

3000 baht a year I pay now for what is literally the ultimate sky tv package and more, with all the footy, sports, PPV, porn, movies, music and tv channels from about 15 different countries.

There is a video club on it too but its not as vast as the 10,000 baht a year package another guy does. So sometimes I download torrents. The catch up tv doesnt seem to work either on the 3k package but its a good trade off for the price. You just need a magbox or Android box.

Well worth the 250 baht a month even though it did get taken down for a week or so

Time is irrelevant unless you have nothing to watch whilst downloading.

I occasionally dl oddball old stuff with 1 seeder that logs in for a few minutes each week; big deal, no hurry, so it takes a few weeks instead of a few minutes, before being dumped into the rest of the stuff that may or may not be watched one day.

According to this site there’s only 1161 films showing on Netflix in Thailand. That’s a relatively small percentage of what Netflix has in it’s library.

I thought I once read South Korea has among the fastest internet on the planet. I may have misread.

Definitely when I've logged on to a VPN based in South Korea, I've faced the issues you mention.

I get it there's licensing matters to deal with with a company such as Netflix but it's only a matter of lethargy that's held me back from ditching what I think is a shitty offering for a petty price. (I confess I don't watch ANY television series at all) But for films I pay full boat for 20% of the passage.

I get that you say 10 quid for unfettered and unrestricted access. I think I'd be OK to pay a bit more than that.

And it ain't a moan if you're talking the facts!! And that's a fact.

So you just chose any film off the top of your head and suddenly it's available to you on your internet connection?

What process do you use to watch films, please. Sounds interesting and inviting.

Any idea of the pricing for it?

Hasn't video on demand been around since the Stone Age?

Some models allow the video to be fully watched within 24 hours or you have to start over with another payment. No thanks.

You won't have watched Ford vs Ferrari yet then or various others that the guy takes an age to upload to the box.

    I wouldn't pay anything.

I watched a film at the cinema earlier this year, and I watched one either last year or the year before. That's enough for me.

There are maybe 5 decent movies released every year, the rest are a waste of time my friend!
