Billy Krankies Scottish Referendum on Independence again

Ok ok the final results aren't in yet but its quite obvious with the SNP gains thus far that Billy along with that whiny twat Ian Blackford will be bleating on about a clear mandate delivered by the Scottish people for a second independance referendum.

My view is give it to them let them win and they can fuk off with their begging bowl to Brussels where i strongly suspect the land of milk and honey they think they'll land in won't be as they imagined.

For what remains of whatever they re-title the UK then the sub base at Faslane will have to get shifted to perhaps Barrow, obviously the Scots will be forced to adopt national dress and that means skirts for blokes which will precipitate the rebuilding of Hadrians wall coz who apart from KW and Buttplug want to see blokes dressed as women and lastly England will have to make a one off payment of £4.65p in recompense for their share of UK assets.

I thought about adding this to my daily cheer thread but i strikes me it might get polluted by some unsavoury comments by Jackie of Diggler.

Well BoJo is upsitting the natives up north, he's said he won't consider another Scottish Referendum. Cue Billy and Blackford monologues on how Scotland is being forced out of the EU against its peoples wishes and they demand the referendum to allow Scottish people to determine their own future.
Now normally i can't stand the pair but we've hopefully sorted a route through the Brexit mire the Remainers got us bogged in and who the fuk wants to hear this pair bleating on for the next 5 years so lets give them what they want and get behind a Scottish Independance Rederendum.

They could do worse than get Mr Sausages on as campaign manager, he'd soon have the English Lower End clamoring for BoJo to give Billy a go.

It's a really silly time for Billy Kranky to bring out her Xmas single because Brexit will happen, and it will either:1) be a success and make Britain 'stronger'; 2) have little affect; 3) be a disaster and make Britain 'worse'.

Billy Kranky should wait to see which one happens because to leave Britain (her bigger trading partner by far, and her bigger money lender - Scotland has a deficit per person paid for by the rest of Britain...) now, and have the leave hassles and the joining EU hassles is an unsure few years which they may (or may not) end up in much worse place than now (it's unknown) or if Britain does well from Brexit then they could be far worse off than now (it's unknown). Thus, a sensible option would be to wait 3 or 4 years for Britain to Brexit and see how it's going and how the EU is handling itself too (things WILL change within the EU when Britain leaves the EU), if it benefits Scotland then join at that time, if Scotland is doing well (or better) within a Brexit Britain then don't leave.

The EU will fuk Scotland over if they join; Scotland will have to join every last element of the EU such as the upcoming fiscal policies and EU army commitments - enjoy the Euro and having your army personnel based in Germany (mostly German and French...).

Makes no sense at this time.
How do I post these pictures???

In the end its up to the Scots if that's what they want they should go for it. It would be interesting to speculate how they would extricate themselves.
What would be the pros and cons for both England and Scotland?
What would England need to pay and what would Scotland need to pay?
How would they split the armed services?
How would the Scottish pound fair once it wasn't backed up by Sterling?
Would there be a hard border?
Would Scots have to return North of the border?
Would they need work permits to work in England?
    Would they get english residence?
    Would Scottish miscreants be deported?
Conversely how would it effect the english living in Scotland?
Then there is their beloved EU.
How long would it take to be admitted? Possibly years?
How long would it take to meet EU regulations to join the Euro?

What are the thoughts on the above from people both sides of the border that have skin in the game?

Hugh it poses loads of issues. Now Jimmy has been bitching about the Scots being forced out of the EU but seems agnostic to adding to their supposed catalogue of EU exit disasters by layering Scexit as its been termed on top, love her.

All the issues you list and more have no immediate answer but its unlikely they will find all of them concluded satisfactorily.

Another Scottish independence referendum isn't going to happen while Boris Johnson is PM.

    Yep.

"56% of respondents to a YouGov survey for the Times said they would vote No in a future independence referendum."

    Why does Scotland want independence?

Billy Krankies Scottish Referendum on Independence again-11364794-3x2-700x467-jpg

Can UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson say no to a referendum on Scotland's independence?

    Why does Scotland want independence?

    Here's the conundrum:
In 2014, Scotland held an independence referendum and 55 per cent of Scots voted to remain in the UK.

Billy Krankies Scottish Referendum on Independence again-7542076-3x2-700x467-jpg

But in the 2016 Brexit referendum, 62 per cent of Scots voted to stay in the EU.
Mr Johnson's Conservative Party won a landslide victory in last week's general election.

But, north of the border, Ms Sturgeon's Scottish National Party (SNP) won 48 of the 59 seats which were up for grabs.

Now, with Mr Johnson promising to "get Brexit done" by January 31, the urge for an independence referendum has been kicked into overdrive.

While Ms Sturgeon has acknowledged that not everyone who voted for her party explicitly wanted independence, she said Scotland had voted to "have a choice" over its future.

"Boris Johnson may have a mandate to take England out of the European Union, he emphatically does not have a mandate to take Scotland out of the European Union," she said.

They don't want independence, that was proven with the recent referendum.
The SNP just want to make a name for themselves, as a government they've been proven to be inadequate on every issue.

To appease the Scots, I would allow them a referendum every 10 years until they vote to leave. Then another referendum by the Brits every 50 years to let them back in.

    Easy.

They seek independence from Great Britain so they can become dependent on the EU.

To be fair, a lot of English and Aussies discussing the issue probably won't shed much light... A few Scots should join in, it is their issue.

"Scotland" doesn't. The kiddie fiddling Catholics do because they hate the English.

And they only represent 45% of Scottish voters. Does that figure seem familiar?

Right the consensus is that BoJo will refuse Jimmy's request for a referendum, even if she puts out and for BoJo that's a tough one. Instead the canny Scots nation is looking at holding an internal non-binding referendum and hope an overwhelming Yes to leaving the UK will sway BoJo in favour of doing it for real.

Now there's always loads of support for the little people in Merica and if Jimmy hadn't of made it plain to the Donald that she'd never take a backdoor deal then perhaps Merica could have given the special relationship a tweak...or am i confusing Merican support for the Oirish. Anyhow i reckon they'll have an internal and BoJo is always up for one of those.

    Thanks Tezza.
