my understanding is that her journey started out with her sitting on the floor, and then at some point later the train co. put her in first class seat.

btw, kind of fucked up for the train co. to take a shot at her on this....and i'm not sure how they benefit from all this.

What's missing is that in response to her picture:

Deutsche Bahn replied apologising for the inconvenience and saying they would “continue working hard on getting more trains, connections and seats".

They then deleted that, gave her a first class ticket for the latter part of her journey, then once they knew she was in it, posted their second sneering tweet to make it look like she was lying.
