^^ FO Plies.
Indeed, the laws should be adhered to. This case has lots of folks making emotional outbursts, which is perfectly understandable as it's an emotive topic, but their are legal processes to follow - if those processes are considered inadequate due to changing times then new laws need to be processed.
Cycling should be banned!!!
Utter bullshit again Manny. you have become extremely tedious with this continual "poor brown people and the nasty white oppressor" theme. There have been a few white converts that have gone there as well. They can all stay there in that shithole they have created and rot there. Give them as much thought as they give ISIS victims who were hung shot beheaded or burnt alive..
Sadly Ramprakash is right. The rule of law must prevail.
They should have dealt with this from day one and changed the law so that anyone going to fight for a foreign enemy automatically loses their citizenship.
shes been out of the country for over 6 months so at least no health care for her and the brat, unless she wants to pay 150% like other returners. This bitch is only bailing out for a council flat and a life on benefits because isis lost. She was quite happy to be there when people were being burned alive and thrown off roofs.
Na, leave the mad mole there, the evil slag made her choice long ago.
Let the Rag headed musi scum shag her senseless.
All good innit.
I see Katie Price has been cashing in on the story...
Do you recall the Rotherham grooming gang? Muslim men who groomed young girls? Do you recall the frothing outrage that these men groomed and took advantage of British girls, many of them white.
This 15 year old girl was groomed and subjected to propaganda. She also appears to be not very bright. Can you explain to me the level of lack of sympathy for her plight? There does seem to be an imbalance. I'd be happy to read your explanation.
who knows she could be the wife of the one that BEHEADED journalist JAMES FOLEY.
and not forgetting the police ex.trainee jailed in nov.2018 for raping 12 English girls, some as young as 13.
do you think 15yrs.was enough,i bet his inmates will love him too bits.
Sorry to disagree, but I've been British long enough to know how HMgov works in these situations; their solution is generally the easiest, which in this case is to welcome her back with full rights as the victim, and naturally not risk embarrassment by separating such a high profile mother from her daughter. Doesn't matter what the status of the child is, and if as you say she is not legally Brit then she will be a refugee with a Brit mum and fast tracked with a sigh and crossed fingers.
While the mother of a baby is known as you say the father may well be one of many, so his status/nationality is irrelevant until proven.
Referring to my previous post, even if the father is proven to be this Dutch guy, my money says HMgov will bear the cost/effort/risk.
Your opinion is somewhat at odds with the stance of the Home Secretary:
Home Secretary Sajid Javid, who oversees immigration, wrote in the Sunday Times he would "not hesitate" to prevent the return of Britons who travelled abroad to join IS.
"If you do manage to return, you should be ready to be questioned, investigated and potentially prosecuted," Mr Javid said.
Saw another similar article this AM. Alabama born gal who went over years ago and was married to three different terrorists, as well as breeding, is now in a refugee camp, says she's sorry for repeatedly calling for American deaths...was a confused teen....and wants to come home with her litter and become a welfare witch. Good luck with that, darlin.........
^ If she hasn't renounced her US citizenship nor taken citizenship in any other country the US has to allow her return. After her return they can press whatever charges they want and she'll have her day in court.
However, I don't believe the US government is obligated to provide her passage back to US territory.
pues, estamos aqui

Ya, wait and see if I know better than an ambitious HS saying what he believes is what people want to hear. And damn, just when I thought you could understand English!
Out of interest, did you actually read what you posted?
Fex: how does a) Sajid Javid would "not hesitate" to prevent the return of Britons who travelled abroad to join IS.
reconcile with b) "If you do manage to return, you should be ready to be questioned, investigated and potentially prosecuted,"
Does a) or b) suggest if she makes it back, with or without kid, he will prevent her from entering, or for that matter never mind her, do either a) or b) suggest he will exempt other returning jihadis, or do you like posting shit that sounds good?
^^Both difficult and expensive to renounce US citizenship, made so to thwart tax evaders. If she returns to Alabama, I imagine the folks there will welcome her .............with a whole slew of terrorism-related charges.
