One thing that I really believe has affected the conservative vote is right or wrong they are fed up to the back teeth with the whole woke, LGBTQ, safe space, snowflake BS to the point comedians are refusing to perform at Uni campuses because the the whole woke generation are so delicate they're offended at the slightest thing, and that's how they see all 'democrats'. Rioting in the streets, demanding transgender toilets, cancel culture, shutting down conservative voices etc.
They just want to drive their trucks, watch football, raise their kids and get on with life without having to consider 217 gender identities.
I'm not just talking about the hard core Trumpsters but the everyday average American suburban family.
It's obviously a lot more complicated and nuanced than that but in a nutshell that's the way I see it.
“If we stop testing right now we’d have very few cases, if any.” Donald J Trump.
I can't help but feel that this brand of thinking is why the US of A (and other democracies) still have a long way to go to resolve the widening political fissures that have emerged in recent years fuelled by internet based tribalist echo chambers.
I would be much happier supporting Biden if the democrats had explicitly acknowledged that they bear some responsibility for inflicting Trump on the world.
Saying that everyone who votes for Trump is a moron is saying that half the people that populate your democracy are morons.
Some people vote for Trump reluctantly because they feel driven to protest against rabid wokeness.
If the left made a public acknowledgement of fault and toned down its more sanctimonious and censorious elements then they might regain the centre and deflate support for distasteful characters like Trump who thrive on reactionary populism.
misskit
in general yes i do. very much. generous, open and friendly. i have spent quite a bit of time in the states and like it very much, especially new yorkers, its like a city full of jack lemmons and walter mattaus, and their curmudgeonly no nonsense wit is right up my street. i have relatives in new york, nebraska, arizona and california.Tax, do you like Americans?
but to suddenly state that you must leave the country because of trump strikes me as a bit rich.
at least you have elections in the states, thailand has no elections.
every country has its meatheads. america certainly doesnt have the monopoly on assholes. This election has just shown how many delusional assholes there really are in America.
s.a.

If that is the case, and it could be to some extent, it's a testimony to the idiocy of the average American, who is more concerned about his or her vehicle, entertainment and other genders than he or she is about a pandemic ravaging a country, an economy in tatters, a criminal president who they can't trust and missing in action, a nation torn apart and at odds with its allies and record deficits and debt (over $27 trillion).
Well, this is a little surprising;

Anyway, however the final figures will end up, something what Michael Moore claimed few days ago is really true:
That the Trump's poll figures as MSM have been showing are strongly underrated - even if he (Moore) is not in Trump's fan club...
Never saw anywhere any narrow difference. So, how come that it is now so tight?
The way I see it is the Trumpsters are selfish. If they have money and vote for Trump, they are thinking only of their own pocketbook. If they are the morons voting for Trump, they are pretty much White racists who don’t want people of color barging in on their world. They are inconvenienced by the reality that there are mistreated and misrepresented minorities. I KNOW these people.
And look at how the people in those areas are voting. With the exception of sparsley populated Nebraska, they are blue states. You haven’t seen the ass end of America!
Of course. It's a protest against radical wokeness.
Wokeness is not popular
A labor left , a populist left like a younger Bernie Sanders , would have killed it. But we have this woke left who have corporate capitalism on their side

Given the average Joe over the age of 40 hasn't a fucking idea of what wokeness means I rather think you are pissing in the wind there.
The orange menace has declared victory, as expected, and wants the counting of ballots to stop, yet he is currently losing. Trumptards don't know what to say.
Baldy orange cunto's campaign has said they will ask for a recount in Wisconsin.
Which tells you Biden has won that state.
If you were actually following the race and not picking up tidbits on blogs to post on this thread, you would know why this happened. ^
