Donald Trump pushed a baseless accusation of “fraud” in the presidential election, as he declared victory without the results to back that up.

“This is a fraud on the American public,” the president said a the White House. “This is an embarrassment to our country.”

Trump added, “We were getting ready to win this election. Frankly, we did win this election.”

The president has not won re-election as of now, and key swing states such as Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin remain too close to call.

The president pledged to fight the results of the election at the supreme court.

“We will be going to the US supreme court. We want all voting to stop,” Trump said.

Election officials in key swing states continue to count valid ballots, and that process could continue for days.

As a non American I really don't have too make of a stake in the result, butt if you asked Donald its not called cheating its called "The Art of the Deal".

If I was an American I would be a republican voter but I wouldn't have been able to make myself vote for Trump as the only moral trait I hold holy is telling the truth and he "can't handle the truth" to quote a movie line. Well what I really should have said is that he handles the truth very carelessly.

I suppose the only take out of this is that it proves 50% of Americans are not so smart, that can be either the 50% that voted for Trump or the 50% that voted for Biden.

truth be told there are plenty of objectively smart people who voted for trump.
some are die hard republicans, some just hated clinton, some think biden is too old, some are solely concerned about their personal financial interest....but the majority are stupid.

Trump is scared to death that the 5,000,000 legitimate votes cast early will bring him down. They are all in urban areas that Obama and Clinton carried big. North Carolina, Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan, and Pennsylvania need to finish vote counting.

What makes him scared is the Democrats had a large lead in pre election votes. Those states have huge concentrations of voters in districts that went heavily for Obama and Clinton. One key example is Flint Michigan, black and poor, almost no votes have been counted from early voting. Another is Madison Wisconsin one the the most liberal cities in the USA, right up there with Berkeley Ca. has had very few votes counted.

This is still on I really believe. I am disheartened that Trump was not beaten in a land slide but this election is very far from over. Despite the fact Trump has claimed victory and wrongly stated that the remaining votes are not legitimate.

Given how utterly atrocious Trump has been over the past four years it is utterly incomprehensible to learn that more American retarded fuckwits have voted for him in this election than they did in the last one.

America is certainly a very, very dangerous place with that number of morons running around, many of whom are no doubt equipped with lord knows how much weaponry.

True and sad. But its a fact that the votes tallied now are less than 2016. There are over 10,000,000 and perhaps up to 15,000,000 votes outstanding. Early votes which went heavily Democrat.

There's no accounting for how stupid Americans can be.
