I read an article a while ago that basically said the Democrats are crap at winning elections, but are actually good at governing, while the Repulblicans are great at winning elections, but crap at governing.

It fits. Same as the Republicans fuck the economy, Dems come in and fix it, Repubs come back and take the credit... Rinse and repeat.

The Dems are playing safe in the hope that the idiot loses the election for them but that’s lame.
