While it is true that there is only one political party in the US . The Property Party, that has two wings the Republican and the Democratic wing both with only small differences between the two, mostly on social issues.
Markets love certainty. Without a degree of certainty it is very difficult to make long term decisions.
After trump's debate and the ensuing rise in the poles of Biden the market went up almost 2%
The markets are reacting positively at the prospect of adults in the White House again. When Harris said "we will repair relationships" at the VP debate the market moved up immediately. That's a reflection on how the aggregate feels. not an orchestrated reaction.

Today I am looking at a .65% upward movement on the S&P 500 so far. Lets see if it holds and there is no profit taking before the close or the Fat boy dont open his mouth again .
