You say nitpicking I say that midst a pandemic and the VP -- a man also happens to be head of the response team to it - of an administration that has been resoundingly criticised for their inept and bumbling handling of it, a president literally being the leasing cause of spreading lies and misinformation about it, and a WH outbreak that has currently has more cases than NZ, Taiwan, and Vietnam combined, the same administration who were just criticised for not wearing masks at the first debate, then the messaging and optics of it all is actually kinda a big fucking deal.
Oh yeah and post-debate:
These are science-denying cultists.
the commission on presidential debates has announced that the second debate (15/10) will be virtual/remote because of concerns about spreading the virus.
the trump campaign has yet to make a statement as to whether it will agree to the change in format.
ok, trump's not going to do it .....just said it in an interview on fox business.
of course, like anything else with trump, that could all change in minutes.
Actually I did not think she was a very good debater. It might have been the strategy to "do no harm" but she had a couple of opportunities to smack him down and she did not take them.
Pence was asked " How will you and trump insure preexisting conditions" he did not even attempt to answer the question instead he talked about the supreme court and then asked Harris "if you win will you pack the court" When Haris did not answer him, he said "you see she refuses to answer the question" I would have turned around and said: Me answer the question??? now you also want to be the moderator? and I would have asked the Moderator. " what was the question you asked him?
On another question concerning vaccines, he had the nerve to tell Haris that she was politicizing the issue. and she let it slide.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.
No need. She knows damn well within minutes Trump would further dig the hole via Twitter. And sure enough the fool came though.
Trump calls Kamala Harris 'monster' and 'communist' in Fox tirade after VP debate
President Donald Trump has attacked Kamala Harris following the vice presidential debate on Wednesday night, calling the California senator “unlikeable” and falsely claiming she is a “communist” in an interview with Fox News' Maria Bartiromo.
Speaking about the Democratic vice presidential nominee’s debate performance, the president said on Thursday morning: “She was terrible … totally unlikeable.”
He added: “And, she’s a communist.”
Trump calls Kamala Harris '''monster''' and '''communist''' in Fox tirade after VP debate | The Independent
"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect,"
Pence confirmed last night that he will not recognize the results of the election, if the sleazeball and villain loses.
Btw, if Harris is "a communist", as the sleaze says, then why do thousands of corporations and Wall Street fund her campaign?
While it is true that there is only one political party in the US . The Property Party, that has two wings the Republican and the Democratic wing both with only small differences between the two, mostly on social issues.
Markets love certainty. Without a degree of certainty it is very difficult to make long term decisions.
After trump's debate and the ensuing rise in the poles of Biden the market went up almost 2%
The markets are reacting positively at the prospect of adults in the White House again. When Harris said "we will repair relationships" at the VP debate the market moved up immediately. That's a reflection on how the aggregate feels. not an orchestrated reaction.
Today I am looking at a .65% upward movement on the S&P 500 so far. Lets see if it holds and there is no profit taking before the close or the Fat boy dont open his mouth again .

At this stage in 2016, Baldy orange cunto was -5.3.
Now he's -9.7.
Vote rigging is his only way out unless he's directed the full force of intelligence agencies to try and dig up some dirt on his opponents.
But I think they hate the fat c u n t as well.
