    What the US really said:

"This is a sad reminder of Maduro's hopeless mismanagement," US State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus said of the Iranian tanker shipments. "Venezuelans need free and fair presidential elections leading to democracy and economic recovery, not Maduro's expensive deals with another pariah state."

And he stopped short to advise them who would be the one to help them with the "democracy, etc" (weren't recently some on the way to help?) and with the "inexpensive deals"...

Regretting to say that with my poor English I cannot get a sense of your valuable comment.

(It seems that any stupid blabla that you add to my post will provide you with an onanism - the Germans say selbstbefriedigung - in your low life - however, I cannot care less...)

You're forgiven. May I suggest remedial English classes. You live in Thailand, there are many beginners courses that you can attend with the locals. I admire your willingness to improve yourself, tovarish

Ah so now you're trying to claim you don't post whackjob bullshit because you agree with it.

    Nice fucking try, Hoohoo.

You picked it because it doesn't refute your opinions, you arse. No doubt you found a link to it from another one of your whackjob websites.

And, like the rest of the tripe you post, it is full of shit.

Do let us know when another few days worth of Iranian petrol gets to a country awash with oil.

Not difficult when he is obviously just another jew and seppo hater. That tends to make people write bollocks like "“Washington is determined to stop the Iranian tankers sailing to Venezuela”.

Amazing how the might of the US Navy can't stop five slow tankers chugging their way to Venezuela, eh?

    Yeah, they're obviously really bothered.

This study probes the effect of a remedial English course in raising the level of English proficiency of freshmen at the UnitedStates International University. Using a quasi-experimental design, it tracks 46 underprepared students, admitted to the USIU inthe Summer Semester of 2011 who failed to make the threshold for university course in a placement test (pretest) and wentthrough a remedial English course for 14 weeks. On completion of the course, they were given the same placement test (posttest).Comparisons between the scores in the pretest and those on the post-test are used to determine the significance of the change thetreatment gives the students. Further comparisons are made between the scores in composition and in the grammar sections of thepretest and posttest and variation between the scores of students. T-tests establish a significant and positive difference at p valueof p=0.00 between overall performance between the pretest and posttest and between grammar and composition aspects of thetests. The conclusion is therefore that the remedial class raises the English proficiency of the students

I see the chinkies are all in a tizzy because Canada refused to release that dirty little Huawei crook.

The chinkies can't grasp the concept of an independent judiciary, and why would they? They don't even fucking know what that means.

The decision released Wednesday in the Meng Wanzhou extradition case had the usual hallmarks of a Canadian judicial ruling: a bone-dry analysis of the law, the facts and how one should be applied to the other.
There were allusions to an 1860 Upper Canada case and a U.K. House of Lords judgment. As usual, it contained no hint of political interference.

But 8,500 kilometres away in Beijing, the ruling was likely to be viewed in much different term — terms that could help dictate how China responds, experts say.

Whatever they might privately believe, the public stance of Chinese Communist Party leaders is that the courts in Canada are much as they are in China: a pliable tool of the central government that can be manipulated when necessary, say China hands.

    Judicial appointments in Canada

    Judicial Appointment Committees

"A committee of eight persons vets candidates in each region across Canada.[3] Each candidate is assessed as being "recommended" or "not recommended."[3] A third designation, "highly recommended" was eliminated in 2007, which critics say enhanced the government's ability to make patronage appointments.[3] The federal government said the system emphasizes merit, and the large pool allows the government "to address the particular needs of the court in question."["

    "Minister of Justice

A list of all candidates reviewed by the committee, together with the above categorization and reasons, or "comments" in the case of judge candidates, is forwarded by the committee to the federal Minister of Justice.

The Minister draws an appointment from the list of names received from the committees, and recommends that individual to the federal cabinet. Where the appointment is that of a Chief Justice or a Puisne Justice, the recommendation to cabinet is made by the Prime Minister of Canada."

    Criticism of process

The appointment process has been the source of some controversy in recent years, as appointments occur with no input from parliament or opposition political parties. Critics[who?] have alleged that this process has allowed the Prime Minister to effectively "stack" the courts with ideologically like-minded individuals who will support the current government's stance. Conservative critics[who?] have argued this leads to the rise of partisan, activist judges instead of neutral ones. Conversely, supporters[who?] have justified the process of appointment on the grounds that quiet appointments made as a result of the Prime Minister's consultation with experts result in better choices than ones that would be made in a public process where opposition politicians were allowed to interrogate the nominees and politicize the process"

    Judicial system of China

"The 1980 Organic Law of the People's Courts (revised in 1983) and the 1982 State Constitution established four levels of courts in the general administrative structure. Judges are elected or appointed by people's congresses at the corresponding levels to serve a maximum of two five-year terms.

Most trials are administered by a collegial bench made up of one to three judges and three to five assessors.

Assessors, according to the State Constitution, are elected by local residents or people's congresses from among citizens over twenty-three years of age with political rights or are appointed by the court for their expertise"

'Pathetic clown': Chinese state-backed media attacks Canada after Meng Wanzhou ruling

"On Wednesday, Associate Chief Justice Heather Holmes of the B.C. Supreme Court ruled that the charges Meng faces in America could also be a crime in Canada, and said the case should proceed."

‘Pathetic clown’: Chinese state-backed media attacks Canada after Meng Wanzhou ruling | National Post

One 2nd class Judge, (Associate Chief Justice), "ruled" that, in her sole opinion .... Who recommended her for this case?

One hopes the jury was of a similar disposition. Oh, there wasn't a jury.

Should we await the "appointed" case Judge and the randomly selected jury's opinion, prior to celebrating. Or allow the "free' press to suggest to the jury, the "correct" verdict to be delivered, once they have heard and discussed the "evidence".

One hopes the selected Judge and assessors will "address the particular needs of the court in question" and is not selected for his biases, whatever the court "requires" or another judge opines "could be"..

Strangely I can't find details of the court cases of the two Canadians that were arbitrarily arrested in revenge for the chinky crook's detention.

I'm sure with the fabulous, transparent, "independent" chinky legal system of which you can speak you can tell us what they are charged with and what the "judges" have had to say?

I honestly don't know why you waste your time with a pair of commie propaganda trolls like Klondyke and OhOh. You'd have received the same responses in Soviet era Moscow from its brainwashed (and fearful) citizens.
