She seems to be a remarkably well-adjusted, committed young woman who took on the big-money incumbent of over 10 years without any meaningful financial backing from vested interests and beat him. Although from an impecunious background further blighted by the early death of her father she graduated with a BA (cum laude) from Boston University and in order to support herself and her mother she took any work she could from bartending to waitressing before pursuing work as a community teacher and organiser promoting social improvement . In pursing her political aims she announced she is pro-gun control, in favour of an affordable health service for all, and campaigns for tuition - free tertiary education, all laudable measures that in any reasonable person's book would suggest a certain innate intelligence and decency.

I suppose in the context of a knuckle-dragging, fuck-witted, rednecked Republican world of the retarded from Shitkickersville, Dumbo County, I should imagine she may well indeed be viewed as "...stupid, naive and generally clueless " given that demographic's penchant for imbecility.
