    Netanyahu: Iran Lies

Netanyahu: Evidence proves Iran deal 'based on lies and Iranian deception'

Israel's prime minister says his government has obtained "half a ton" of secret Iranian documents proving the Tehran government once had a nuclear weapons program. (April 30) AP

Tens of thousands of secret files and other evidence proves the 2015 Iran nuclear deal is "based on lies and Iranian deception" and should be thrown out, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday.

Netanyahu, in an address televised across Israel, said Iran lied when it said it never sought to develop nuclear weapons, then cheated by failing to reveal all its weapons program information to an international watchdog group charged with monitoring the deal.

"Even after the deal was made, Iran continued to preserve and expand its nuclear know-how for use at a later date," Netanyahu said.

President Trump has said he will announce within the next two weeks the fate of the deal. He has repeatedly blasted the pact, demanding that changes be made to tighten rules governing Iran.

Trump, speaking at a White House news conference minutes after Netanyahu spoke, expressed solidarity with the Israeli leader. He also would not dismiss the possibility of negotiating a new deal — an option Iran has flatly rejected.

    ---

Iran’s deputy foreign minister and senior nuclear negotiator, Abbas Araghchi, called Netanyahu’s presentation “childish and ridiculous,” and said the purported evidence was “fake and fabricated,” the Associated Press reported.

Iran has denied ever seeking nuclear weapons.

My answer: Show it to everyone else Benny or STFU.

Reminder: The USA is not the only country that negotiated and signed the Iran deal.

Collusion between Israel and the US to appear to give Trump evidence enough to pull out of the nuke deal that all other participants and the nuke inspectors say Iran has stuck to.

Of course Iran has a contingency plan and this latest move to make an enemy of them proves they need it.

So Trump pulls the US out of the agreement and it collapses then Iran says if you wont stick to your commitments under the deal then there is no compulsion for us to stick by ours.

Then the screams start 'they are building nukes, bomb them' and Israel and the Saudi's are in with enthusiasm.

The new enemy has been manufactured but will Russia allow it, they have shown in Syria that they are no longer about to put up with the US invading and destroying countries.

To understand Iran, you must begin by understanding how large it is. Iran is the 17th largest country in world. It measures 1,684,000 square kilometers. That means that its territory is larger than the combined territories of France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal — Western Europe. Iran is the 16th most populous country in the world, with about 70 million people. Its population is larger than the populations of either France or the United Kingdom.

Under the current circumstances, it might be useful to benchmark Iran against Iraq or Afghanistan. Iraq is 433,000 square kilometers, with about 25 million people, so Iran is roughly four times as large and three times as populous. Afghanistan is about 652,000 square kilometers, with a population of about 30 million. One way to look at it is that Iran is 68 percent larger than Iraq and Afghanistan combined, with 40 percent more population.

More important are its topographical barriers. Iran is defined, above all, by its mountains, which form its frontiers, enfold its cities and describe its historical heartland. To understand Iran, you must understand not only how large it is but also how mountainous it is.

Iran’s population is concentrated in its mountains, not in its lowlands, as with other countries. That’s because its lowlands, with the exception of the southwest and the southeast (regions populated by non-Persians), are uninhabitable. Iran is a nation of 70 million mountain dwellers. Even its biggest city, Tehran, is in the foothills of towering mountains. Its population is in a belt stretching through the Zagros and Elbroz mountains on a line running from the eastern shore of the Caspian to the Strait of Hormuz. There is a secondary concentration of people to the northeast, centered on Mashhad. The rest of the country is lightly inhabited and almost impassable because of the salt-mud flats.

If you look carefully at a map of Iran, you can see that the western part of the
country — the Zagros Mountains — is actually a land bridge for southern Asia. It is the only path between the Persian Gulf in the south and the Caspian Sea in the north. Iran is the route connecting the Indian subcontinent to the Mediterranean Sea. But because of its size and geography, Iran is not a country that can be easily traversed, much less conquered.

pull out of the nuke deal
There is no such thing as a deal with the USA these days anyway. What a bunch of flim flam men. What a totally fekked up political system.

TPP? USA announces it, founds it with the usual Barney & Bailey circus show (about the only thing they do well these days). Then stabs everyone involved in the back, and walks away from it. So the rest are going ahead anyway. Now the US is making whiney biatch noises about 'maybe' coming back in. Just ignore them.

'War on Terror'? don't get me started.

Iran? IAEA says repeatedly they are fulfilling their part of the deal, US keeps sanctions going in violation of the accord, and now is looking for a whiney biatch way to back out of yet another deal. Get nukes Iran- it's yer best way forward. You know these assholes can't be trusted.

Top down perspective? An empire in decline, getting more violent and irrational as it threshes about, trying to halt the inevitable. And Israels bitch.

I look forward to the day when the EU finally grows the balls to show them the door. Yesterdays news. The USA's main European biatch, the UK, is leaving the EU anyway. That is a good thing for world peace- let Israel, UK & US form the latest axis of Evil, and the rest of the world can just get on with it.

Jeez, to think it has come to pass during my lifetime.

Indeed it has and is costing Europe dearly to be led by the nose to follow the US sanctions against all and sundry in particular Russia which Europe needs as a trading partner not an enemy. It has cost the EU hundreds of millions paid out to compensate their farmers who can no longer sell their produce to Russia.

But the US needs Russia (and others) as an enemy to justify its huge 'defense' expenditure (35% of world 'defense' spending) and to support its weapons industry a major part of its economy (over 50% of world weapons sales). And it needs Russia to be the enemy of Europe to justify weapons sales to Europe and to maintain missiles, nukes ? and bases in Europe.

This latest theft, well it would be a theft if Iran had done it to the US or Israel, of a supposed half ton of secret documents from Iran is only designed to promote another enemy.

And I wonder what the refugee crisis is costing the EU? Refugees that the US conspicuously refuses to take, and does not help the Europeans pay for one iota. With 'friends' like that, who needs enemies.

One might surmise that the US is deliberately trying to destabilize the EU. Especially after killing off Ghadhafi in Libya.

To understand Iran you must begin by learning about the three main stages of the birth of Shi'ism and their primitive but still strong belief in the infallibility of the whacko Imams.

I think someone might have got it through baldy orange cunto's thick skull that walking away from TPP was basically handing the keys to the kingdom to the chinkies.

The US gave Iran back $150 Billion of their own money.

(Or as the Republicans put it, The US GAVE Iran $150 Billion).

There was a classically over-eager Freudian slip from the Whitehouse that you may have missed:

WASHINGTON – The White House published a statement about the Iranian nuclear program on Monday night that contradicts the official position of the U.S. Intelligence community, and later changed the phrasing of the statement on its website. The statement, attributed to U.S. President Donald Trump's press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, included a sentence saying that currently "Iran has a robust, clandestine nuclear weapons program that it has tried and failed to hide from the world and from its own people."

    <snip>

However, shortly after the statement came out, the White House uploaded a revised version of the text to its website, changing the word "has" to "had," so that the statement would be in line with the official intelligence assessments.

    An intentional lie.

To feed the headlines, to endorse ameristans current stance. Did all your sources post a retraction, probably not. The lie will be quoted as evidence in future. Seems standard western MO these days. Usually concealed by a "miss-speaking moment" published after the MSM have spread the lies.

Israel uses the "had" word. Israel then once again, lies by suggesting two events are the same. But it will be "recorded" as a fact, in future MSM articles and posters here.

it's about fucking time we kick NATO out of Europe, like we did with Brexit

actually with Brexit, kicking out NATO is going to be possible without the treacherous English lobbying against the EU army and to maintain NATO instead
