After Brexit - halved EU imports from the UK

As a result of Brexit, EU total imports from the UK almost halved in January-February compared to the same months last year, according to figures from the EU's statistical agency Eurostat.

Imports fell by 47% to € 16.6 billion, while EU exports to the UK fell by 20.2% to € 39.8 billion. As a result, the EU's trade surplus with the United Kingdom increased to EUR 23.2 billion.

It is only a matter of time before it all comes out in the wash. It is going to be a massive clusterfuck for the UK.

As anyone but a fkin idiot could have foreseen - BREXIT was economically undesirable for the EU, but economically disastrous for the UK.

To say nothing for other, incalculable losses - such as the huge reduction in university students from the EU which provided cultural diversity.

    Oh, and chorizo.

    Still, there's always spam.

Brexit was never about trade, it was simply the lower classes, the stupid, the ignorant and the deluded drinking from the fountain of bigotry, prejudice and jingoism drawn out of the reservoir of lies and deceit channelled by charlatans seeking power in circumstances not otherwise available to them.

There never was a single tangible benefit to it, but then, it was never more than a charade, a mirage of self entitled greatness no more than an echo of British imperialism long since gone, a pitiful dream now turning into what it always was, a national masturbatory fantasy born out of the minds of the credulous manipulated by carpetbaggers and tax evading crony capitalists gorging on the carcass that is parochial Engerlandia.

One wonders when the great northern unwashed and Essex neanderthal will wake up to the reality they were screwed royally.

Well, possibly worse than you expected.

And of course worse than the rogues behind BREXIT pretended, and the simpletons and weirdos who supported it expected.

The sooner the domino effect happens the better.

Then we can get back to organising a EU without unelected leaders and beauracrats.

Rebuild the EU from scratch with Nigel Farage at the helm

Marine Le Pen's National Assembly has already found out that the French voters want France to remain in EU so they have now removed "Frexit with franc as our currency" from their program, selling out ideology for votes.

We? Reforming EU can only be done from the inside, no one cares what an outsider thinks. Britain was a valued and needed member of EU but jumped ship when most needed. You will therefore be remembered for what you are, a traitor, someone who couldn't be counted on.

I can't see Britain getting the chance to participate in setting the EU's path any time soon, generations of Europeans will remember your deceit.

There's a lot of Anglo gas bags who by default think that the EU is unpopular inside the continent. Guess what. It's not true.

Britain wasn't needed. What kind of highfalutin nonsense is this. As de Gaulle said , you should never have joined.

Rebuild the EU from scratch with Nigel Farage at the helm

This buffoon articulates the quintessential nature of the bone-aching stupidity that forms the core of the UKIP/Brexit creed, a catechism midwifed by fuckwits out of the crucible of ignorance, prejudice and delusion.

The cupid stunt seems to think that the EU's civil service, its Commission, should be elected as if Britain's civil service, modernised two hundred years ago, holds fucking elections every five years for its permanent secretaries.

Brexiteers are truly quite repulsive, not only because they are stupid, incoherent, blather heads but in the main it is because they are so profoundly ignorant, ill-educated oafs, usually drawn from the ghastly muddied pools of the lower end.

France was a core member of the economic partnership formed in the post war years out of the trauma of a war that threatened the very essence of civilisation.

It has evolved into the largest and wealthiest socio-economic trading association on the planet bound together by a rule of law the envy of the emerging world with whom the EU stimulates trade out of a philanthropic policy that puts decency and humanity at its core. France supplies nigh on 20% of the agricultural produce consumed by the EU member states via the free trade principles of the association and its entire economy is bound by the euro currency that forms the bedrock of the association and provides the fiscal stability that has prevailed for nigh on 25 years. Why would its people threaten that for the sake of a neo-nazi trading on the fears of the stupid?

In the meantime, gabby, grubby, gimpy little parochial Tory Brexit Engerlandia with its cheap jingoism and charlatan neo-fascism funded by sleazy crony capitalism is on a one-way ticket to an ersatz American, dog-eat-dog, economy fated to be the bargain basement tat-destination for rich Europeans and carpetbaggers looking to plunder more easy pickings to squirrel away into tax havens. And the widening gap between the lumpen masses and their masters will increase ever further and the entire morass of English indebtedness, low productivity, and carousel consumerism funded out of credit will eventually implode leaving the credulous, bovinely stupid meatheads that formed the Brexit moron class, so exemplified by JoeTwat, in the gutter of irrelevance that is their preordained fate.

I reckon you know about "danish feelings" about the EU and the result of our referendums.

Are we "traitors" aswell to your euro federalists dreams, that when, beards join snot, is nothing more than an inferiour complex twards the US.

    How laughable and un-democratic.

I support the british Brexit, cause.......they voted for it........end of story.

look who's talking.. There is not anything for mainland Europeans to learn from the English parliamentary system.
The house of the underclass, the house of the upperclass, and a constitution which isn't in one piece but instead a piece here and a piece there then mixed with a not written piece but done by tradition.
