It's happening quicker than you think. BoJo the Clown's daft international quarantine regulation lasted all of two days until an angry Macron told him to fuck off or the French would quarantine the whole of the UK for a fucking decade. BoJo was on his knees quicker than a $10 whore getting a $50 tip.

And there it is in two sentences...

Brexit: UK warns 'very little progress' made in EU trade talks

He said the EU was insisting upon a "set of novel and unbalanced proposals" in relation to competition issues that went well beyond other comparable trade agreements struck with other major economies.

The UK, he said, would not agree to "a so-called level playing field which would bind this country to EU law or standards, or determine our domestic legal regimes".

The UK approach so far has been to push it right to the time limit and then cave in.

No reason to see that changing at the moment.

I actually think Gove's mental instability is contagious and the entire Brexit negotiating team has become addled by it.

How on earth could they be so bizarrely stupid as to criticise a club for having the temerity to maintain its constitution and rules in the face of unreasonable demands by a former member who wants a freebie without any concession?

It's fucking weird and one truly does wonder just how Barnier et al can be bothered to deal with such two-bit, money grubbing, unprincipled trash.

The EU should end it now rather than waste any more effort and tell Gove to fuck off to his WTO wilderness.

Not long ago she was a lame duck Chancellor that promised to quit before the next election, and now thanks to covid19, Europe's complacency and unpreparedness she has become Queen of Europe.

Merkel will come out of this smelling sweet with a stronger Germany than before, it's economy can afford to take the hit, and everyone else will be left with unmanageable debt with just one place to turn for help...she will dictate the terms and conditions to trap/imprison Italy and other desperate EU members. That's if Italy doesn't leave, though it's increasingly unlikely to be able to afford that blow.

    As for UK under bojo...ffs!

No it hasn't. The EU needs the UK to not leave in December.

George Galloway has warned the Prime Minister that this "trap" would leave Britain with a huge bailout bill for the "failed EU economies" that would run into the billions.
On the other hand, the EU desperately needs the UK to stay tied to EU rules so that Brussels can force Britain to fund the bloc's recovery.
The former MP told RT that the coronavirus pandemic "should not delay Brexit - in fact the EU's handling of the virus should remind us why we are leaving".
He explained: "If we're not out by the end of this year, we'll be forced to shoulder a considerable part of their bill for reconstruction, on top of the bill for the reconstruction of our own country.
"We can't be chained to the fading, failing economies ruined by the coronavirus. We need to be able to chart an independent course."

I honestly can't say which is the more pitiful: Prag quoting Galloway, Prag quoting Galloway talking to the Russian propaganda outlet, RT, or Prag quoting Galloway in an RT feature that is publicised by the Daily Express.

Honestly, there you have it in a nutshell, why Britain left the EU: ignorance and a willingness to believe utter shite.

Poor Prag, a fine example of the English yeomanry, stout of heart, a man of the land and of simple tastes, the salt of the earth and a stone in the bedrock of English society, in short......... a moron.

George Galloway is da maaan. Socialist/communist call him what you will, the man knows what he's talking about. Unlike some posters on here who just pick holes in the source of who quoted him. Irrespective who quoted him, left or right leaning, it's the quote that matters.

    Oh dear.

So you agree with his view the British armed forces should be treated as war criminals for their conduct in Ireland and Iraq?

You really are such a sap, Prag. Too fucking naive to be let out.

Err, it's his main source of employment, Prag. It's his job. He's a paid pundit on the RT channel. RT is a propaganda tool created and subsidised by Putin and is an organ of state security designed to undermine countries and organisations that pose a threat to Putin's interests, chief among which is the EU which is an effective source of sanctions against Putin for his invasion of Crimea and destabilisation of the Ukraine in contravention of the international treaty signed by Russia guaranteeing its sovereignty.

Galloway's failure to further his political career has seen his income drop markedly in recent times hence his work for the scumbag Putin.

You really are bit of an idiot, aren't you Prag?

Yes he does have skill but was too much a loose cannon and soon actually came to believe his increasingly rabid rhetoric. But his finest hour came when he appeared before the US Senate hearings on the question of corruption involving the Iraq oil for food scandal in which a senator accused Galloway of complicity in payola payments from Saddam Hussain, an accusation that was evidently based on hearsay, lies and misinterpretation.

The Americans never stood a chance and were ripped apart by a Galloway who shredded them mercilessly in a glorious display of British parliamentarian oratory at its best when he argued fluently and without a script for over an hour. The performance is still on Youtube and was recognised by the American as a virtuoso performance that they simply were not used to seeing given their own politicians seldom if ever challenge these hearings but mumble and acquiesce, or merely witter some weasel worded excuse.

    Catch it if you can.

Prag, I've told you umpteen times now, simply question the source before you proceed to form a judgment on matters not within your ken.

If you and 17 million other halfwits had done that before voting in June 2016 we wouldn't have the fucking disaster of Brexit and the worst Tory government in English political history.
