A poll that size would give a margin of error of approximately 2.5% which in the polling industry is well within acceptable parameters and would be considered a reliable forecast of an electoral outcome.

^ Well if you say so :) Of course as we are well aware polls are inherently inaccurate and with me they sit in the same category as economists in terms of getting forecasts right.

As I have been reminding folks, Brexit has underpinned everything bad that has transpired since 2016, the loss of unfettered trade, the loss of a significant labour supply and the loss of investment have all compounded the misery of a dying Brexitory government inflicting further chaos on the country.

And how bad is it? Sterling now trading at US$1.16 is the final proof.

Parity beckons, as I speculated several years ago.

UK is definitely being financially challenged re exchange rates and inflation etc. I’m not sure we can blame it all on Brexit as Europe is looking pretty sick as well.
However I would accept that Brexit has been a factor

You are aware that the German government shut the gas off with its own 2 hands right ?

You are also aware that if it was up to Russia, not only nord stream 1 would be flowing , but nord stream 2 would be flowing 100% output too?

So. Tell us again how big of a problem Russian gas is.
