It was quite amusing to read the other day an article by an economist pundit focusing on the phenomenon that despite BoJo the Clown's statement that the talks had collapsed and the UK would now quit the EU sans a deal, the world's money markets didn't move a jot and the £ Sterling more or less remained at the same level before The Clown's pronouncement. The crux of his analysis explaining this strange stasis was a simple one - no-one on the planet believes the UK would be that fucking stupid to leave without a deal and knew The Clown was yet again blowing rhetorical gas out of his ass.

Sulk now over, and today the talks resume because Mummy and Daddy EU have promised Fatboy BoJo they'll still play with him over the weekends.

The wingman like most Thai has a rudimentary grasp of Brexit politics but from her own appreciation of what she has gleaned from news reports and video clips she is very impressed with the stature of the accomplished and urbane Barnier whose gravitas is palpable to her in comparison to the raggedy and dishevelled BoJo whose windmilling arms and staccato, unpredictable speech simply makes her laugh.

Incidentally, I pointed out to her that BoJo has a reputation for being a bit of Lothario and women often fell into arms. She was a bit flummoxed by this and then wondered if they were all ugly.

Complete fantasy and bollocks as usual. Barnier is now public enemy number one, in most EU member states. He has been caught telling lies behind their backs, while favoring the views of certain other big shots at EU level. Barnier no longer has credibility. The leaders of Belgium, France Spain and Germany are so frustrated with his attitude to negotiations, they have dated to speak out regarding their own views, and ignoring him completely. He’s been sidelined by the real leadership, due to lying intransigence.
Why do so many MEPs speak of the shame they feel about how Britain has been treated so badly by Barnier in particular, and the member states in general?

Any country invested in fishing rights is publicly demanding a deal, but Barnier won’t budge. He’s overplayed his hand and, certainly overestimated his importance in negotiations.

If the entire think really was about to fall apart, the member states now have a fall guy, and the money markets agree that everyone else has misjudged the value of UK membership.

Relying on your Thai partner to fill in the glaring holes in your personal assessment of the whole show, smacks of ignorance, or perhaps someone who has lost the plot, and is reaching for a ready made scapegoat.

You truly are profoundly, irredeemably stupid.

Barnier is a civil servant appointed to negotiate on behalf of the 27 member states coordinated by the commission and Von Der Leyen. He is the same as Frost, you numbskull. He cannot assume a position of his own because he is a civil servant, you cretin.

MEPs???? They told Farage and his rabble to fuck off months ago and to take their stupid flag with them, you oaf.

Honestly, you ought to lay off your daytime drinking and hanging around skanky bars, it's frying what are left of your brain cells and frazzling their synapses.

i trust you explained to her that boris has explained his behaviour by claiming, in his own words, to be "full of spunk".

You really are a blistering thundercunt of awesome proportions.

Barniers status as an independent spokesman for the 27 member states is in tatters. He was caught on mic telling one group one thing, then briefing a completely different interpretation to another group.
His non partisan status is in tatters. No one trusts him anymore. He is telling people what he thinks they want to hear, but telling different groups different versions of events. That’s not diplomacy or being economical with the truth, it’s call dishonesty, telling lies to save his skin.

I have spoken many times about you raising the name Farage. He and his politics are decades past their sell by date, and any Brit MEPs ceased tenure as part of the EU parliament in January 2020 you utter muppet.

The MEPs I quoted all addressed the EU parliament the most recent parliamentary session, as sitting members representing current member states, who are thoroughly ashamed that the EU has dealt with the UK in a disrespectful manner.

You accuse me of drinking? You should see a doctor about your currency in the present timeline. Having shredded all your dated debating points, you now have plenty of time to seek help, never mind asylum.

You are an anachronism. The clocks haven’t gone back yet, but in your case it won’t make the slightest difference. You’re not just living in a different time zone, your shaky brain is living in the past, especially if you believe that Barnier is a neutral civil servant. He’s part of a gravy train, but he forgot to buy a ticket.

You really are quite unwell, aren't you.

Barnier is not an "independent spokesman", you dribbling nitwit, he is a civil servant briefed by the Commission president to achieve outcomes in a negotiation process that represent the interests of a broad consensus within the 27 member states, a role which he continually re-examines as the fuckwittery of the English spastics unfolds and as a consequence of which reviews his brief with the president and the various EU leaders.

He is an accomplished senior civil servant having served as a commissioner in several directorates and is held in high esteem by his peers including former British commissioners and ministers.

You are merely an increasingly erratic buffoon lolling about a third world beach in feckless drunken indolence.

Barnier may be a civil servant, but his job means that he fills the remit of independent spokesman on behalf of the union of member states. Deliberately misunderstanding that does you no favours at all.

Like you, Barnier is a fucking idiot, determined to make a silk purse out a sows ear, that id the EU.

Bluster all you like about personal hatred on the UK side, the fact remains, Bearniers ham fisted attempt at self promotion, means that the EU is now in the back foot in these negotiations, rapidly trying to rescue the talks, and their own failing reputation.

I am not ill , but I will admit to mild frustration at your feeble attempts to shift the blame for the EUs calamitous situation.

You are somewhat redolent of the bunker mentality in which the Fuhrer thought the death of Roosevelt augured final victory.

Barnier is a 68 year old civil servant who postponed his retirement to head the negotiation team representing the EU in the drafting of the withdrawal Agreement which he did successfully and both sides, including the Clown, applauded the final outcome as a symbol of cooperation and common sense.

He then remained in order to see out the exit detail on trade and services agreements that should have been completed months ago if it were not for the trashy English backsliding dishonourable scumbags.

He is not independent of anyone in this process, you fucking idiot, he is the leader of the EU negotiating team appointed by the Commission under the authority of the 27 member states.

But in the final analysis, the EU is not going to sell itself out for a few English crumbs and an easy life, you fuckwit.

The figures speak for themslves in illustrating who is going to lose the most : UK trade with the EU accounts for 13% of its GDP, EU trade with the UK accounts for 3% of its GDP.

England will suck cock , as it always does when it comes to carpetbagging crony capitalism whether it be Uncle Sam, the desert jockeys or Chinky dick.

In a more positive post than Troys general negativity, the Brits have concluded an FTA with Japan. This may lead to participation with the TPP which represents about 13% of the global economy. Meanwhile the UK should have an FTA with Australia by early 2021 with NZ following.

The Nip agreement to trade with Britain is little different to the EU drafted FTA and an FTA with the Antipodeans is already in negotiation by the EU that previously traded with them under a generous EPA.

The thing is, no one, not even the more coherent of the swivel-eyed loony UKIP/Brexit/Tory nazi trash has yet announced just what it is the scummy English are going to sell now that they couldn't before Brexit.

Even within the Commonfilth, so laughingly lauded by the Brexit loons as a viable alternative to EU trade, the English are fucking useless - Germany trades more with Nigeria than brokendownBrexitBritain.

    Har, har.

Incidentally, as the great unwashed of dumbo Eng-er-lund are soon to find out, the vast majority of Aussie beef butchered from scrawny cattle grazing off flyblown weeds is utter shite.

Barnier is finished now. Old news, because he tried to defend an impossibly broken group of 27 countries, failed, and was caught telling lies to senior members of the EU mafia.
As corrupt as they all are, Barnier will still get a gold plated pension, even one that you would be embarrassed to collect, you dopy old sucker.

Er, if it is such a " broken" group of countries how come the Tory Brexit trash are so keen on a deal and sold the NI unionists down the Swanee in order to achieve it?

You really are a raddled old buffoon, forever the other-ranker serving his betters.

When you were a clerk, you served no one but yourself. Now you are a nobody, trying and failing, to do the same.

You no longer have a fatal pencil sharpener, or the keys to the stationery cabinet.l

As far as trade is concerned, it seems to be the EU who are desperate for a deal. Why else would Barnier travel to London without an invitation, to negotiations that had stopped. I’ll give you clue. The French are desperate and supported by the Spanish, and the Germans don’t want the deal to fail because of something they consider, unimportant.

The majority of the 27 are more concerned about leaky land borders., but Barnier only pretends to listen to the minnows anyway.

You only yet again show your utter ignorance. Not that a low end Pattaya expat like yourself could afford let alone recognise a decent steak.
Anyone who knows anything about Steak will tell you Australian grazed beef is second to none. I was going to mention only found in up market restaurants but you wouldnt know what that was either.
You do bung on about the EU which is basically Germany surrounded by the rest of the swill who are mostly insignificant.
Even Australia has a GDP greater than the combined GDP of the bottom 16 EU countries. It's GDP is only surpassed by Italy (that it will soon surpass) France and Germany. Even tiny New Zealand has a GDP equal to the 6 bottom countries in the EU. Total commonwealth GDP is approximately 14% of global GDP certainly not insignificant. The EU is a mature market with significently lower growth prospects than the much less mature markets of the commonwealth or Asia. In fact it was already contracting pre covid. You have this over bloated view of the EU and do not understand world trade. You have been proven so wrong so many times its becoming quite tedious.

You gormless mongrel Ocker, Australia's economy is dependent on China which takes over 30% of its entire exports and accounts for over 8% of its entire GDP while it has a trade deficit with the EU, ASEAN and fuck knows who else. You are nothing more than a Chink owned quarry and your grazing is shit because rainfall is negligible.

And your Sheilas have probably the biggest arses in the Caucasian world.

Who cares about you, the UK is only interested in the investment of your Chinky earnings, everything else is just back of the sofa change.

Indeed, it has been christened after the sleaze bag himself, now forever to be known as the Farage Garage. ' Take back control' they screamed and look what they have achieved - after 43 years of free trade among a market of 500 million shared with 27 states only 22 miles distant, the fucking morons have created a border in Kent in addition to a border between mainland Britain and NI. You couldn't fucking write it and to think we all laughed at the Republican redneck trash for voting in an illiterate, inarticulate crook as POTUS.

Truly, we have entered the Age of The Stupid.

The independence movement in Scotland is gaining momentum by the week and it seems likely it will be free of the English shackles sooner than envisaged.

And all because Cameron in pandering to the nazi wing of his party deciding to leave government, not to parliament, but the seething majority of the deluded, the stupid, the ill-informed, the ignorant and the bigoted.

In the reply to Troy’s post you ejaculate even further, and have the temerity to use the word “we” when in actual fact, you mean you, the foul mouthed ranting, hyperbolic wanker that you are.

Good for the EU that we have a killer disease doing the rounds, because we can't see them laughing at their half billion subscribers/worshippers/prisoners. Not that SA et al ever dreaded that thought, but gradually, painfully, the masks are slipping.

Why do you think the last delegation left Barnier behind hoping he has a coronary so close to the wire? Not easy is it, so here's a clue: It was in hope that when this useless bureauprat does turn up he won't be able to redo whatever damage they undid in his absence, and despite years of his shenanigans, at least partly supported by Merkel, on the basis that the UK was being run by an idiot, and then another idiot.

Barnier said it himself, under pressure from his own camp and now fingering 'legal texts' as the reason he couldn't do in 4 years what he wants to do in 2 days, having lied about the situation throughout. For those who cared to notice, not you, SA, this is why the £ didn't budge when bojo told them not to bother coming, the markets knew that they would take sticks to Barnier till he promises to do his fcuking job!

It will be either weakness or the lack of an agreement, but unlike what Barnier's been saying for the past 4 years, the consequences of a no deal would be much worse for the EU than it would for the UK.
If you don't like that, take it up with Nick Bay the MEP for Normandy who said it.

Meanwhile, some MEPS led by an Estonian of all things, are breaking ranks from the official line to support Johnson, having confirmed what we all know, oops, not all, that the EU have been playing with the UK under the perception of strength, strategy being to flex muscles and nudge potential dissenters back into line, and having so much fun that it completely slipped their mind to keep an eye on the calendar.

Quite simply, for those with the concept of numbers, managing one country through something so precarious as a no deal is a lot easier than a central power herding 27 countries with different everything from economy, language to work ethos, some vassals on the edge of permanent bankruptcy, many suspicious of the direction steered by their great leader in the bundestag, and viewing Brexit in the hope that their own people might also grow a spine before the big pop. Won't be easy will it, SA? Go on, tell us, sure it will be easy, because the UK has oinks.

You don't understand the process. The EU will get The Clown to accept the deal one way or the other. Sugaring the pill is as old as the hills and the Brxit loons will swallow it as and when the need arises. Sulking and caterwauling by BoJo is just part of that process - he folded over the NI/GFA thing and the Brexit trash will cut a deal that thy can sell to the morons.

Either way, the UK has fucked itself.

P.S. UK trade with the EU = 13% of GDP
EU trade with the UK = 3% of GDP

France's agricultural contribution to the EU in terms of output is 20% of total EU production. Britain as a market for French stuff is irrelevant, a fucking minnow.

Who gives a flying fuck in the long run about the UK? In the final analysis, the rich of the UK will buy superior EU produce while lower nd blue collar oiks will eat Aussie anD Septic shit.

The talks, which bo-jo the clown declared over, will continue until Wednesday. I guess Barnier will give a couple of mild sweeteners to make a deal look good for Boris.
