Well, Brexit has happened- but the CV will inevitably delay getting the procedurals & agreements in place. Post CV economy? Ferk knows.

told you English fookers that Brexit stage 2 will be delayed by another year, with a nice excuse
CV is a convenient scapegoat for the fanatical EU mob, now they have something to plausibly blame when their 'project' visibly totters, rather than tyranny, incompetence, waste, abuse, corruption and theft. On top of Brexit.
You personally stated with nothing, and you still have most of it left.
One thing SA neglects to mention is the part played by duplicitous remain politicians and that biased speaker who twisted every rule in the book, just to try and stop us from leaving.
The people voted, by a small margin to leave the union. The departure was not stalled by Brexit supporters, but by champagne socialists who believed the they new better. How can any MP vote against Brexit, when his constituency voted in favour of leaving?
SA has the same lack of moral fiber that those faux remain politicians had.
They are responsible for most of that delay. Were it not for their personal corruption, the UK would be out now.
Covid 19 will hurt everyone, but the EU is so disparate politically, financially and geographically, it cannot now possibly survive, under any circumstances. Another SA rant of personal hatred will never change that. He can’t even leave the province he lives in now. Turned away at the exit gates, by the very officials he despises so.
No Thai will buy a used condo, even if they had the money, their inbuilt xenophobia wouldn’t allow them to buy from a snooty farang anyway. Other foreigners might nibble if it was sold at a loss, but his superiority complex won’t allow it, even in the unlikely event some sap has any money left post corona virus. Hoist by his own petard, and I believe many members on here, and any sane person who has read his unjustified and open vitriol will be relishing his imminent destitution.. It is long overdue.

Easy to qualify fcuk me how could anyone be so wrong positions after the event. First Brexit will never happen, and when it does - see I told you it didn't happen the way that everyone knew I meant.
Doesn't really matter; now, do you think the EU will go down quietly or kicking, screaming, and blaming those goofy Brits or the virus?
Good Morning Chass, how is your day in paradise
The usual dullards continue in their febrile denouncements of the EU as if it were a living, breathing entity of itself. It isn't, never was and, sadly, never will be anything other than what it demonstrably is; an association of 27 states pooling their interests in adhering to the same principles that support their economies.
The Eyetie PM in wringing his hands was simply rattling the rice bowl for his country whose manufacturing centre was nearly destroyed by the virus but most will agree to a solution that will serve the common good.
All of course except the UK which, being out on a limb about to be slaughtered by a global recession, is pretty much fucked three ways to Xmas because now it has to reconcile a COVID economic contraction of 5% of GDP in addition to the 2% already built into forecasts by Brexit.
Doubtless we'll have a clapping for our heroes the broken down, Brexited British bankrupt businesses next.
Har, har.
Laugh all you want, you spiteful bitter old cretin. I wonder which demise will come first. Your well deserved personal one, or the wonderful harmonious european socialist fantasy.
When will you get it through your dense cranium, that not only is the socialist ideal a loser, but the dream of disparate european communities was always destined to fail, just like your personal dream of living in riches, in a third world backwater.
France and Italy want out now, Germany has surrendered already. Will Latvia come to the rescue? Bye bye euro dream. A French centime for your thoughts, you impoverished old fool.
^ They're jostling for position with regards to the EU economic stimulus. Something the UK will have to do on its own. It's going to be a tough ride ahead and a time when everyone needs some support.
Indeed, but the sad fact is, Brexiteers, puffing themselves up in the hubris of a latent national obsession with Empire and a colonialism long since broken on the rack of freedom and independence, are really worth no more than a long wet dismal fart dribbling out of a bag of skin and bone awaiting internment in the fields of oblivion.
Chas knows this, not in any ontological sense, but simply through that susurration of human frailty everyone senses when their time is near.
And the killer is, he is so stupid he probably can't understand a word of this post.
indeed, and the germans will most certainly demand their kilo of fleisch for any help they may begrudgingly offer their suffering neighbours. It's going to be a tough ride ahead and a time when everyone needs some support
they will argue and protest but the eu fracture lines will slowly widen. i'll give it 10 years.
meanwhile us brits will carry on arguing amongst ourselves in the quiet desperation we are famous for.
at this time in history, a period of introspection and self reliance is called for, and an independent country acting on its own is far better equipped to do that than a rambling bureaucracy bound conglomeration of selfish states with rattled populations, and differing traditions, economies and personalities. europe will end up as nothing more than a twee tourist attraction for the hordes of loud, repulsive spitting chinks that are poised to invade.
america is finished as a world saviour, and the west will now have to kow tow to the chinese. they control and produce just about everything we need.
thailand, in spite of its impending economic collapse is very well placed in all this and will recover very quickly, even if they do eventually become just another province of china. they will be well supplied with beer and rice, and the truth is that's all they want.
pestilence is usually followed by wars, famine and death and now is the time to keep ones head down and look after no.1.
happy days.
Nice to have your own central bank in such situations.
It'll be interesting to see how much of the stimulus, say the Italian farmers will get - they are already angry at the French mouthing off too much since the British left (was speaking to some Italians today, not happy bunnies - and these are pro-EU sorts...).
Edit to add: they were saying that if the upcoming stimulus package is seen as unfair to Italy that'll pretty much signal Italy leaving. With the 2nd then the 4th biggest contributors leaving the EU would need to change. &, with France having their pensions raped by Macron, and the massive French subsidies likely to be cut - that's a problem not easily solved right there - unions on the streets; when is the next French election due?
The EU needs to change, but is it ready to?

Cycling should be banned!!!
Yet again, your erroneous assumptions about Europe, and me, fall apart when your flawed and dishonest narrative comes to the fore.
In the past you have tried to link me with Farage and UKIP, even when you were informed that this was blatantly not the case, you stuck to it.
Now it’s Empire and colonialism that all Brexit supporters are laid to waste with. An era of history that bore considerable wealth and status, at the cost of subjugated peoples the world over. An auspicious period for both good and bad reasons.
In the same way that you are not responsible for the advances in German technical superiority, I am not responsible for the success or failures of empire and colonialism. Am I also responsible for Roman roads and plumbing, or does that not fit your twisted narrative.
When you have finished redesigning my life and my beliefs, you will still be a pauper, and the EU will be a pile of disagreeable dust. These are undeniable facts, as opposed to your invented and fallacious dream world, that will most certainly destroy itself. You can bet your worthless index linked pension on it.
Paid in Sterling! You can bet your worthless index linked pension on it.
An ode to seeking ass.
