My brexit friends are still optimistic that all will go well and I am wishing I wasn't in Germany with their silly working rules. If only we could have a decent compromise, which would kill thd French and German unions, the I'd be a little happier.
This Brexit plop-plop is going to screw the whole of Europe big time, so I guess it really is time for me to retire...to Asia.
^^They have nothing to fear as seems we will be leaving in name only. Doris would lead the Tories to electoral wipe out if their was anything resembling an electable opposition in the UK. Only hope for a real Brexit is for Doris to be outed and a Brexit PM elected.
Are you suggesting Doris is a competent PM? She was a disaster as Home Secretary and has continued that trend as PM.

What austerity? Government spending is as out of control as it's always been. If Labour had David Miliband or someone else vaguely sensible in charge in fact if his brother Ed hadn't fucked him years ago, he would be probably have been PM but failing that would have a massive lead in the polls now. But when Labour is lead by a far left wing loon supported by the vile momentum group then not hard to understand why even now they still trail in the polls and the Tories under Doris can do what they want even as a minority govt.Quote:
