She appears to have been suffering from a neural disease for several years; she should step away from the shadow cabinet because her memory and comprehension has really deteriorated. I'm not saying that with malice, she makes a fool of herself and is bullied when interviewed, and it's sad to see because I'm pretty sure she's suffering from a horrible disease.

Check with whom? The fucking PM is the authority in this and the cvunt lied.

What fucking legal advisors??? Th local citizen's advice bureau? The family firm of solicitors, Steele, Cheetham & Howe??

The only reference point would be the Solicitor General or Attorney General and they are answerable to the fucking cabinet and PM.

Johnson is a sack of shit. Process that and grow a pair. You're on the wrong side of history and rooting for cvunts.

COCKTAIL PARTY .... Labour’s Diane Flabbott breaks the law by swigging can of mojito on the train home

SHADOW Home Secretary Diane Abbott was slammed for illegally downing an alcoholic cocktail on a train.

Drinking alcohol is against the law on all Tubes, buses and trains run by Transport for London.

The Shadow Home Secretary was seen illegally drinking alcohol on a London Overground train
The outspoken Labour MP stunned fellow passengers by swigging a £2 can of Marks and Spencer mojito on an Overground service.

Ms Abbott — who has campaigned to end the sale of cheap alcohol — downed the rum cocktail on a journey through her constituency in North London last Saturday.

After the picture was circulated she "sincerely apologised" for drinking on the Overground.

She wrote on Twitter: "A photo of me drinking from a can of M&S mojito on the Overground has been circulated. I'm sincerely sorry for drinking on TFL."

A passenger said she was drinking on the carriage at 1pm.

They said: “She kept her head down and was staring at her phone but kept slurping from the can. It was 1pm, so a bit early to be drinking — especially in public.”

Another added: “There are clear signs up in the carriages which say alcohol is banned. She was lucky there wasn’t an inspector on board.”

TfL should be looking into this and sending her a fine. She should face action as a deterrent to others.

Mick Neville, Retired Scotland Yard Detective Chief Inspector
There is no suggestion that Ms Abbott, 65, was drunk or behaving in a disorderly manner.

Susan Hall, who sits on the London Assembly’s Police and Crime Committee, said: “As someone who aspires to be Home Secretary, Diane Abbott should know better.

“How can she have any credibility if she’s willing to break the law?

“This is typical of a Labour politician; one rule for them and another for everyone else.”

Mick Neville, a retired Scotland Yard Detective Chief Inspector, said: “It’s shocking that she is breaching a law that was brought in to keep order on public transport.

“London’s got enough problems without senior politicians drinking on trains.

“TfL should be looking into this and sending her a fine. She should face action as a deterrent to others.

“She should be the most upright citizen in London, not doing stupid things like this.”

I'm pretty sure she's suffering from a horrible disease.

boozing on the train home from work .
looking at her bloated face, puffy eyes and general unkempt appearance, i would say she is a high functioning alcoholic.

    Meanwhile, back on track...

Did I read that no 10 thinks the Supreme Court has made a big mistake...possibly not the best course to take under the circumstances. PM might be better off staying in the US as Trump's lapdog.

Bojo the Clown and his ragbag cabinet gaggle of misfits, idiots and tenth raters are all playing it as if they are the fucking fount of legal knowledge in the UK and not eleven Supreme Court judges. That preposterous, cavilling casuist and streak of putrid paralysed piss, Rees Mogg, is calling the judgement a 'constitutional coup'. Well, the silly arsehole got that right, it certainly was a blow for justice, truth and honour on behalf of the constitution and not an underhand, sneaky, lying, egregious attempt to subvert parliamentary democracy by deceiving the monarchy and the people. But he was the lying little shit who actually delivered the formal request to close parliament down so perhaps that would explain his loyalty to his master.

She is a 65 year old woman going home on the tube taking a slurp from a can of heavily diluted alcohol flavoured drink.

One hopes your dental practice was not so influenced by such shallow thinking as your evident whimsical fantasising over ageing fat negro women entering the twilight of their lives.

All things considered she would much better PM to lead the temporary govt than the last two incompetents.

Very doubtful. Maybe at one point in time (maybe...), not now. Labour and the Liberals have nothing at all to offer, and the Tories are awful. Really not a lot to choose from - this situation has highlighted the dearth of quality within our political ranks. Watching the Labour conference was scary, utter morons with terrible policies which will crucify the nation; I'm not suggesting the other parties have anything more to offer. Britain is being badly let down by the HoP and the people in it...

However you are trying to spread blame across all parties, when the responsibility for this clusterfcuk rests squarely with the tories, from square one onwards.

Tories surely know how to deliver a shitshow,

they have been a PIA since the UK joined the EU, and it started already with Thatcher and Major with the mad cow scandal in the EU

I said who need allies like that, let them sabotage their relationship with their beloved Americans instead

Sounds patronising I admit, but when the extraordinary stupidity and prejudice of BREXITers is taken into account it's really a philanthropic act.

And you really don't notice the stupidity and prejudice of the Remainers? A lot of it spouted regularly by yourself.

& an idiot responds with anger and vile - the traits that highlight the remoaners...

Ultimately, do you believe in allowing the electorate to have their say (on the back of a referendum, an election and an EU election where they consistently had their say), or do you believe in abusing parliamentary processes and priviledge against the electorate???

To paraphrase someone (probably), the worst thing leaders can do is give the people what they think they want.
