I wish Macron had the balls to force a vote to void Doris deal, but Merkel has him by the balls, like she does with Boris

you can be sure EU lawyers are preparing as we speak the arguments to hack Boris attempt at a hard Brexit, including an unlimited extension in the name of EU security

    what a fooking disaster

the only way for the UK to force the EU hand to agree to NO DEAL would be to go for a FULL EMBARGO of all EU merchandises and citizens transit. Basically blocking all ports to the mainland, including the EUROTUNNEL.

if Boris is not ready to go that far, you can say goodbye to hard Brexit

Boris also needs to bring sufficient arguments to the EU to justify NO DEAL. So far he hasn't? why? because he doesn't have any.

doing a runner and not paying the bills does not free from your political and financial obligations,

if he was serious about Brexit, he would pay the full amount due, make a case to the EU27 why, and leave like an English gentleman, not a chav stealing an iPhone at the Applestore

instead we have Boris trying to play hard ball to get a better deal, he should try negotiate softly instead to leave with NO DEAL.

why bother with a DEAL with the EU? pointless, no deal will be ever good as you had. Might as well negotiate to leave with no DEAL and see how the FULL EMBARGO that would result from it could be managed.

    interesting times we live

Boris needs to prepare the country for a FULL EMBARGO like it was in 1940, anything less make hard Brexit an impossible pipe dream

if only he had the balls for it, that would force Merkel and the EU27 to take actions instead of sitting there watching and laughing at Boris doing his baboon show

Brexit: MPs trying to block no deal make it more likely, says Boris Johnson
    https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-49524124

The PM has warned MPs they are damaging his chances of getting a deal with the EU by trying to block a no-deal Brexit.

Boris Johnson said the UK would leave the bloc "do or die" on 31 October - prompting some MPs to act to stop the UK leaving without an agreement.

But he said the more MPs try to block a no-deal Brexit, "the more likely it is that we'll end up in that situation".

It comes after the PM announced he would be suspending Parliament for five weeks over September and October.

Mr Johnson said it was to allow the government to hold a Queen's Speech and outline its "very exciting agenda" for the future.

But critics claim his intention is to prevent any moves in the Commons to stop a no deal.

NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN, the EU wants the UK to fulfill all political and financial obligations it has
EU 27 vote? Meaningless to UK. lol

EU agreement to no deal is not required. DEal or no deal is up to UK parliament. Please look up the meaning of the word, default. You clearly do not understand it. lol

Why do you keep adding to the list of things you do not understand.
October 31 2019. If no agreement is reached the default position is for UK to leave. It is enshrined in Article 50 which was written by the EU.

When the UK leaves with no deal, realistic negotiations on trade can begin. It is not in the EU gift to change that. As we import more from EU countries than we sell, the EU will almost certainly wish to negotiate. Nothing you can do to change that. lol

pointless to argue with old pensioners, you will see by yourself when things start to heat up for the UK and Germany start invoking unlimited extension

I agree your argument is pointless, because it is not based on fact or in law. No one in the EU can force an extension. They might want to offer one, but the UK does not have to accept. lol

if the UK does nothing, then it's REMAIN by default, not even need an extension, there is no DEAL and nobody agreed on NO DEAL, then it's REMAIN

    perfectly logical in law terms,

like I said, hard Brexit the way you want it is FULL EMBARGO. Will Boris go for it? would love to see it, but he won't go for it

It is indeed very sad news for you.

The DEFAULT is we leave with no deal. You can shout and scream and stamp your feet as long as you like. Nothing changes the result and there is nothin that you, or the EU can do about it. lol

The EU has no powers to force us to remain, or accept the offer of yet another extension. You are powerless to stop the UK leaving the EU.

Even the mighty Germans are suffering now. Retail sales falling and unemployment rising. Mrs Merkel is going out with a bang. Good time for her to retire, so she will be remebered as a failure, just like the union she leads in europe. lol

you sound like you are trying to convince yourself,

there is no such thing as a NO DEAL default, it's a pure invention by the Tories to get the MPs vote on Doris deal

agree, Merkel needs to fuck off and let Macron do the lobbying for a final vote by the EU27 to let the UK go sans deal aka FULL EMBARGO

but she doesn't want any of it,

want to blame someone, blame the silly bitch, she is holding you on a short leash, and Boris is still a clown

The EU's lead Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier said the EU could not stop the UK from leaving without a deal.

Typical Brexiter trying to convince himself, and of course you forgot to quote the whole sentence, so I will do it for you

The EU could not stop the UK from leaving without a deal, he said, but he "would fail to understand the logic of that choice" because "we would still need to solve the same problems after 31 October".

in short, if the UK wants to do a runner from the EU, nobody can stop them, but the EU obligations are still there

oh and Barnier is not an international lawyer, so he can only speak about the context of the deal

hence, why REMAIN is the LEGAL default
