    Yes, evil incarnate obviously.

That whole thing about 'immigrant crime' is just the latest boogeyman dog-whistle that right-wing politicians use to make angry and scared little people even more angry and scared.

As per, it's simply not borne out by the facts.

I think you know thats not why they are being deported.

But please, tell me more about how this family is above US Immigration law.

It has to do with Trump's own statements that illegal immigrants with criminal records should be deported first and that breaking up families was not a priortity.

Doesn't mean its not gonna happen, and doesn't take away from them being here illegally, and being deported for it.

I'm not familiar with the US System.

In Australia, to pay 'wage tax' you have to have a Tax File Number (TFN).
to get that TFN you have to have the legal right to work, have a Bank Account and other legal ID.

How does that work in the USA?

In the OP's case they were "self employed" ice cream sales people and using cash = under the table money.

If they are "legally" employed - they use stolen credentials or flat out lie - identity theft. Some employers aid them as they can pay less. Income tax will be deducted depending on how the fill a W-4. Some employers just pay under the table in cash, preferring this to paying into an American as its cheaper overall.

Ive personally known Illegal Immigrants in the US that would work using stolen identity's then claim the withheld taxes back through fraud thereby completely circumventing the entire taxation system.

They've got it down to a science.

    But think of the children.

I've personally met people who make up empirical evidence/anecdotes to bolster or exaggerate a point. I also have a black friend who agrees. So I'm not racist.

So let's see you're an expert on how illegals circumvent the IRS and employment regulations but can't figure out the correct use of 'indentities' v. 'identity's'.

Does the IRS have some sort of anonymous tip-line?

I'd like to call and report Slick for not reporting fraudulent activity he was aware of. That makes him an accessory. Maybe he'll be arrested and deported.

I'm saying it's just rather *ahem* convenient that you suddenly come to mention these people and your detailed knowledge of their scheme is all. And my black friend agrees.

Did you report them to the authorities?

There are illegal immigrants that work illegally but pay taxes and don't defraud the government.

    There are millions that do.

Nobody there illegally has the right to work and take jobs from American citizens. Even the shitty ones, and even if employers are scumbags & condone it.

Trump officials open border to 15,000 more foreign workers

The Department of Homeland Security on Monday announced a one-time increase of 15,000 additional visas for low-wage seasonal workers for the remainder of this fiscal year, a seeming about-face from President Trump's "Hire American" rhetoric, following heavy lobbying from fisheries, hospitality and other industries that rely on temporary foreign workers.

The increase represents a 45 percent bump from the number of H-2B visas normally issued for the second half of the fiscal year, said senior Homeland Security officials in a call with reporters.

The visas are for workers taking temporary jobs in the seafood, tourism, landscaping, construction and other seasonal industries — but not farm laborers.

    Good move by Trump.

Get these people visas instead of just letting masses in to work illegally in these occupations.

    It's a good thing.

Why is "Illegal" and "Legal" so hard for you to understand.

If a "Legal" person comes for a job - who's been vetted and qualified - to work with a company thats gonna sponsor them, declare their salary, benefits, take legal responsibility for their actions while they are there, pay a wage that doesn't undercut anyone and ensures taxes are paid into the society that has granted them the privilege of employment:

    Thats perfectly fine.

It is not hard you fucking moron. A migrant that comes to America is taking the same jobs whether they are legal or not.

So it is massively hypocritical to say you are cracking down on illegal migrants to keep them from taking American "jobs" when on the other hand you are letting in thousands to take the same jobs.

Hypocrite much? Jeezus christ you trumpanzees are fucking stupid.

    You're response is why you're bottom-tier Snubs.

Trump was referring to ILLegals. These visas make these people legally working in the US.

15,000 legal vs. 11 million illegal.

Apples and Oranges, once again Snub.

There are no "Migrants" and no they are not.

The visa system ensures both the employee and the employer are accountable to the society in which they are privileged to work.
