Of course he has no way of paying for it but every generation needs to learn for themselves what a far left wing nutjob will do to the economy so then another one won't get elected for 40 more years.
Labour had a fully costed manifesto, its headline policies largely funded by tax increases on the very wealthy and by increasing corporation tax.

The Tory scum, on the other hand, had fucking nothing but promises of more austerity for the average joe, more tax breaks for the rich, and pissing off their core demographic with threats to their homes and pensions.

They're a busted fucking flush, whereas Labour are in a strong position to carrry on the momentum built up and destroy them next election, particularly so if the Tories spectacularly fuck the country up as they're well on course to do!

Considering the media hatchet job done on Corbyn, and the fact Labour ate into the Tory majority massively, yes, they did extremely well and proved the PLP, political commentators, the gutter press and their thick readership completely wrong.

Corbyn is going nowhere anytime soon. You really think after winning two leadership contests, surviving the knives of and destroying the Blairites, withstanding a full on media assault, and gaining numerous seats back for Labour he's going to step aside?

Seems you, like many many others, massively underestimate him and the mood of the country.

He's delusional by claiming labour are the winners from this election.
You're the only delusional one here, this result is better for Labour than any other party.

You seem to be overlooking the position the party has come from to where it is now. Every twat and his dog was forecasting an absolute Tory landslide!

You're also overlooking the fact that Corbyn motivated younger demographics to get off their arse and vote in unprecedented numbers - 72% turnout among 18-24 yr olds...mark my words, Corbyn is going nowhere and the increased youth engagement in politics will end very badly for tge Tories.

If you fail to see the Tories losing a majority and buddying up with the fucking DUP going into enormously important discussions as anything but an utter disaster for the Tories, and a massive opportunity for Labour, you're a bloody fool man.

The Tories are in an utter shambles and are going to catastrophically fuck the country up, they're going to piss off the entire country and the main opposition will be in a prime position to reap the rewards.

I wouldn't be so confident in your pronouncement Corbyn will never get inside number 10 mate, that statement could come back to bite you on the arse.

Labour have said they will be submitting their own Queen's Speech (foreigners please google why this is important). Interesting times ahead.

I doubt most of the posters on this thread even know who the DUP are. Who would have thought the Tories would have been brought so low as to need the support of Irish terrorists to gain power?

Which is highly ironic given a large part of the Tory election campaign/media smear campaign was devoted to slagging off Corbyn for meeting with Irish terrorists.

Labour just took Kensington, the final seat and possibly, as the wealthiest constituency in the country, the one most unlikely to have turned labour. You Tory monkeys should be ashamed of yourselves. Your greed and selfishness has damaged the country to the point where your party can only govern with the aid of terrorists. I hope for the sake of the United Kingdom Labour can form a minority government, although that seems unlikely, and begin to undo the damage you greedy, selfish, treasonous filth have inflicted on the country.

No way those people in Kensington were going to be forced to sell their houses to pay for their care!!!! Tories need a more inspiring leader if want to win the next election and one not scared to take part in debates.

No way people in Kensington would ever need to sell their houses to pay for care. They have the highest income in the country. Average income in Kensington is £100,000 per year.

The man's an aging hippie. He'll never be prime minister. So, he's done better than Ed Milliband did. Big deal.

Labour are desperate for power so they're putting on a brave face about having lost to try to capitalise on their momentum. It's a trick, an illusion, and they know that if they don't try it their chances of power soon will be less than zero instead of zero.

    The DUP are NI's Tories.

I can see a bright side to it. Nobody wants to see a hard border in Ireland, so that'll now be avoided, and there have been lots of calls for Westminster to listen more to the countries of the union during brexit. Now they'll be listening to the majority of MPs from one of them very closely.

Of course, sinn fein could screw the whole thing by taking their seats at Westminster to counter the DUP's rise in status.

It was going to be a longer post, but you're too much of an idiot to understand.

Your takeaway from an election which has resulted in May pimping her arse to the DUP, for example, is that Labour will do anything for power?

    Just too stupid to dismantle.

The best argument against democracy- 50k morons voting for Dianne, what day is it, Abbott. Maybe the Thai junta have a point after all in thinking voters cannot be trusted.

she has no argument, figures, common sense or intelligence but still got in despite displaying amazing ignorance and stupidity. Labour could put a donkey up in Hackney and it would still get voted in, more easily if it were a black one of course. If not for this stupid cow labour might well have won, look at it's little face
