Still though. So where was the other room, down the hall?

Kind of a weird way to start a conversation with a neighbor. "Oh hi, my name's ENT. Not trying to be weird or anything but I sort of...kind of died in your apartment a few times. Anyway, just thought I'd introduce myself. Feel free to give a knock if you ever need anything."

Ha ha!. Yes, I did tell the staff about it, a couple were a bit spooked, but no probs, it was a nice room, high up, had a decent gym downstairs too.

The 'other room', the after op recovery room was directly below the surgery at A and E, had a tunnel leading from there to the morgue.

I've still got my brown 'toe tag' as a memento.

Many do just that. The dilemma though is that the two treatment styles start from completely different premises. Conventional treatment is designed to kill cells. Ideally cancer cells, but in reality Chemo is pretty indiscriminate. It breaks down your immune system and you are essentially at its mercy by design.

Natural route does the opposite, build your own body up in order to trigger your immune system to kill the unwanted cells.

Try and combine them and you have a bit of a dilemma on your hands in the sense that you would certainly reduce the effectiveness of the natural route, and possibly reduce the effectiveness of the conventional treatment as well in combination.

    ^^^ To answer your question,

Expert care and attention from hospital staff, a diet that I ordered and a nutritionist approved of, coupled with the vit/min/ganja therapy was what did the trick, along with a strong belief/conviction that I would recover well, did the trick.

I didn't take a single dose of painkillers, nothing, the headache gradually faded, the capillaries in my head slowly stopped popping, as the ganja dilated them to allow the nutrients to flow through at a lower blood pressure than normal.

I entertained myself and adjusted my poor scrambled brain by painting firstly a self portrait then two others and a still life, of the ward interior.

Attempting the first self portrait was the hardest bit, everything I tried with my right hand went in reverse, until I grabbed it with my left and re-educated my right hand to apply the paint as I saw it, instead of 180 degrees opposite. took a few hours.

I've no doubt that natural healing methods work, I wouldn't be alive now otherwise.

Years later, in my late fifties, I went to uni, where I was told that I should only attempt 3 papers a year instead of 6, asI was an 'old man' supposedly past it.

I had a quite cackle and doubled the rate to 6 papers in 1st semestre, 5 in the second and 2 at summer school, continuing until I completed my BA Anth (B+) and half of a science degree (anatomy, forensic science and geology) towards postgrad studies in exactly 3 years, half the time normally taken.

    That's precisely what's required, a re-vitalized immune system.

Antibiotics have the same effect as chemo on the immune system, destroys it, leaving you vulnerable to infection for 6 weeks after the last course of treatment until your immune system starts to kick in again.

Antibiotics are bad, bad news. Even the FDA is now getting in on the warnings about how incredibly damaging these drugs are. We are talking stuff that is prescribed to everyone for nearly everything. Its bad medicine and bad science, and again just goes to show how little we know. We are still learning.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved updated labeling for fluoroquinolone antibiotics today to warn against their use in patients with acute bacterial sinusitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, and uncomplicated urinary tract infections, unless those patients have no other treatment options.

The new labeling strengthens warnings about the risks for disabling and potentially permanent adverse effects including tendonitis and tendon rupture, central nervous system effects, myasthenia gravis exacerbation, peripheral neuropathy, prolongation of the QT interval, torsades de pointes, and phototoxicity. These effects can occur hours to weeks after exposure and can occur together.

"Fluoroquinolones have risks and benefits that should be considered very carefully," Edward Cox, MD, director of the Office of Antimicrobial Products in the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, said in an agency news release. "It's important that both health care providers and patients are aware of both the risks and benefits of fluoroquinolones and make an informed decision about their use."
Use Fluoroquinolones Only as Drug of Last Resort for Some Infections

These commonly prescribed antibiotics are causing people's tendons throughout their bodies to become brittle and snap, literally ruining their life forever. There is no treatment, and one dose is enough to cause this if you are unlucky.

That is some seriously crazy shit

I got a lot to say about this topic, but to keep it short, suffice to say the western medical establishment is lying it's ass off when it comes to the discussion of native medicine and other ancient remedies.

Can't have any conflict with thier multi-trillion dollar cancer pharma industry. Pretty much the entirety of world governments have been bought off.

There are indeed numerous cures for cancers....but saddly they are virtualy free, so they will never be thoughrouly researched by the powers at be, in our western petro-dollar greed.

That's the fluoride in the crap.

Have a read of the 'Sleep' thread, where I posted re. fluorides hardening the carapace surrounding the pineal gland, thus making it almost impossible to dissolve/remove through ingesting magnesium.
The result is a disregulation of melatonin production, so inhibiting proper sleep,

    Thailand gov. just announced their intention to ban the following;
Glyphosphate (Roundup), Gramoxone( Paraquat), Chlorpyriphos, (Lorsban....contains fluorides), all agricultural poisons, but no mention of banning sodium fluoride, which they now in fact want to add th school children's milk, ostensibly to harden the enamel iin their teeth, prevent caries etc.

Sodium fluoride's wrecking the organic farming business and will truly wreck it when the truth comes out.
Fluorides are spliced with several drugs, one such is Prozac, which is a valium/ fluoride compound.

Fluorides don't wash away , but accumulate in the soil, foods and body.

Most likely the chief culprit in triggering cancers,

Selenium does and will help you remove fluorides from the body, you can get enough for the purpose by eating 2 Brazil nuts a day, or get it from other organic foods, even in small fish, which has higher levels of selenium than the mercury they contain.

but no mention of banning sodium fluoride,
Certainly nothing like that where I live. Here, they intentionally dump it into the drinking water supply in order to promote "good dental hygiene".

    Seriously....

Certainly, not preaching to the choir here - as most defend or create apologies regarding the backward practice displayed by Western allopathic "healthcare" as they might by their obliging romance with the Eurocentric dominant paradigm.....largely fantasy based.

    Seriously....
They've been doing that in many countries for years in order to dumb down the population and increase the work for dentists.

America led the way, in the early 1950s. Russia point blank refused, they contemplated using it in chemical warfare to dumb down the enemy.

Some districts in NZ do so too, as do Oz authorities. Ireland does so, England only in some areas as far as I know.

You can google for the lists of countries that use it on their populations, and you can access a whole list of info on campaigns still rageing, pro and con the poison.

I occasionally partake in recreational cannabis use, so have nowt against it as a substance. I have read a lot of anecdotal tales of the cancer healing properties of cannabis, yet they just don't convince me.

If you google "rick simpson oil" there are legions of stoners who buy into it, and there are touted success stories in abundance - but, crucially, no scientific evidence.

I'm willing to believe that cannabis may have some form of ability to suppress some forms of camcer to a limited degree, and am wholeheartedly convinced that it can help alleviate the pain of some of the nasty side effects of cancer/chemo - increasing appetite, as a muscle relaxant etc.

So, I'd agree that it can be medically useful for some illnesses and, as such, should be available on prescription in regulated, concentrate form for such patients.

But, as to cannabis being a miracle cancer cure? Nah, not even the collected anecdotal evidence points to that.

If you got terminal cancer you got nothing to lose by ingesting a few g's of camma oil as a pick me up, but the way some people push it as a miracle cure leaves a bad taste of snake oil in my mouth.

Cannabis works well as a soporific and muscle relaxant, to be sure. This reduces high stress levels, which create an acid reaction.

Another effect of cannabis is to dilate the capillaries of the blood circulatory system.
    This immediately lowers blood pressure.

Nutrients and medications carried by the blood will then circulate to all parts of the body rapidly, ensuring a faster uptake by the cells, resulting in more rapid repair and healing.

Along with that effect, waste products are more quickly transported to kidneys filtered out and evacuated via bladder and urine.

Cannabis taken with lobelia will increase that effect, as lobeline also dilates the blood system's capillaries and the bronchiola of the lungs.
Dilated bronchiola and the blood capillaries surrounding them, ensures a faster CO2 and O2 exchange rate, so decreasing the acid effect of surplus CO2 in the body, creating a more alkaline environment conducive to well being, as cancers and other sickness and allergies only thrive in an acid environment.

Asthma and bronchitis, lung congestion and symptoms of bronchitis are alleviated, because the airways are opened up, allowing mucus to be expelled.

Adding sage (salvia) to those two herbs, causes the mucus escalator to function more easily, further aiding in clearing the lungs.

The above are some ways that cannabis works in conjunction with other herbs as an aid in healing and in creating an alkaline environment conducive to an optimum metabolic rate, inducing rapid assimilation of nutrients that will repair the acid induced damage in the body, including cancer, as the body's pH tends towards the ideal of neutral or slightly alkaline.

To ensure a slightly alkaline body, essential for optimum metabolism of all nutrients and drugs used for successful repair and healing, a teaspoonful of bicarbonate of soda in a glass of water daily keeps one's p/H at very close to neutral ideal or slightly alkaline.

Cannabis is also a powerful anti-oxidant, especially if ingested. Burning it off is not as effective, besides, the unburnt hydrocarbons and ash in the inhaled smoke further irritate thus stimulate the immune system into over-reacting and forming cancerous cells in the lungs.

Cigarette papers, almost total cellulose, increase cough while smoking, and exacerbate any existing respiratory diseases.

The thing I worry about with fluoride is that one never knows how much a person ingests after having brushed their teeth every night with fluoridated toothpaste.
We're talking about a compound that affects people in parts per million ! And of COURSE there will be residue in the mouth after brushing...

I clean my tongue with the toothbrush (and actually I don't use egular toothpaste, though I did for years), but how many children do this ? Almost none.

You're right, but at least if you rinse throughly you can get most of it.

But putting it in the water supply, where you are actually intended to fully digest the stuff, in the name of fewer cavities? Pure insanity.

Yes, especially when pregnant women are drinking it. Ones who are in the first 13 weeks, when the embryo's nervous system is developing.

Apparently you never did, dozy, besides one doesn't pass a psych assessment

A psychological assessment for organic brain damage is a method of diagnosis, administered by a clinical psychologist, not an evaluation of how a nutter like you behaves.

No matter how little fluoride residue is left in your mouth after brushing, it enters the blood stream rapidly, instantly absorbed by the tongue and gums, and its effects are cumulative, ie. builds up in the body over time.

So-called "mild" fluorosis in kids and teenagers shows up in the teeth as patches of greyish brown and/or white discolouration, particularly visible on the incisors.

Later, pitting of the enamel occurs and progresses to over hardened enamel, which crystalizes and splits longitudinally, showing as tiny cracks in the teeth, which the dentist will repair with a dental cement, as in fillings, then patinate with more fluoride impregnated compound.

Unaffected teeth will have a translucent appearance.

Most fluorides commonly ingested these days is residual sodium fluoride from agricultural chemicals either absorbed into the plants or as residue, such as found in almost all inorganically grown vegetables and fruits, especially grapes.

    Have a read:
"Enamel fluorosis is a mottling of the tooth surface that is attributed to fluoride exposure during tooth formation. The process of enamel maturation consists of an increase in mineralization within the developing tooth and concurrent loss of early-secreted matrix proteins.

Exposure to fluoride during maturation causes a dose-related disruption of enamel mineralization resulting in widening gaps in its crystalline structure, excessive retention of enamel proteins, and increased porosity. These effects are thought to be due to fluoride’s effect on the breakdown rates of matrix proteins and on the rate at which the by-products from that degradation are withdrawn from the maturing enamel (Aoba and Fejerskov 2002).

Clinically, mild forms of enamel fluorosis are evidenced by white horizontal striations on the tooth surface or opaque patches, usually located on the incisal edges of anterior teeth or cusp tips of posterior teeth. Opaque areas are visible in tangential reflected light but not in normal light. These lesions appear histopathologically as hypomineralization of the subsurface covered by a well-mineralized outer enamel surface (Thylstrup and Fejerskov 1978).

In mild fluorosis, the enamel is usually smooth to the point of an explorer, but not in moderate and severe cases of the condition (Newbrun 1986). In moderate to severe forms of fluorosis, porosity increases and lesions extend toward the inner enamel. After the tooth erupts, its porous areas may flake off, leaving enamel defects where debris and bacteria can be trapped. The opaque areas can become stained yellow to brown, with more severe structural damage possible, primarily in the form of pitting of the tooth surface.
Enamel in the transitional or early maturation stage of development is the most susceptible to fluorosis (DenBesten and Thariani 1992). For most children, the first 6 to 8 years of life appear to be the critical period of risk.

    Too bad.

The water you use is fluoridated.

Brisbane (and < 79% of Qld) has a fluoridated reticulated water supply.

Given the choice of traditional treatment afforded by Medical personal who have spent their adult life studying medicine up against going down the traditional herbal route, the Cancer sufferer must pick one path. ???

I think it's a fair call to say that a person who is suffering a disease that may kill him or her , most will put their trust in a fully qualified Doctor.

To say Doctors always make decisions based on how much they earn monetary wise or their allegiance to big pharma is not a valid argument.

For sure some dodgy Doctors will go for maximum profits but surely not the majority of them.

It's a massive call to have to make the decision whether to go traditional or Herbal when faced with Death.

    Just sayin not judging.

Off all the people i know who have suffered from Cancer all have gone traditional, some lived some died.

Seems to be the way of life. All cannot survive.

What beats me is how folks regard cancer as an almost inevitable death sentence, instead of seeing it for what it is, an over-reaction of an out of control immune system, then deal to it on that basis.

Two things a cancer sufferer has to bear in mind, (a) that it only happens when the body is in acidosis, and (b) that we all develop cancer but shake it off several times a year.

Those more aggressive forms that persist need to be tackled via the immune system, not blasted by chemo and radiation which completely destroys ones immunity to even the cancer itself.

    A story of two mates.

    # 1. Life long smoker diagnosed with throat cancer 2014.

Aggressive traditional medicine used, cancer cut out. Blasted with the nasty stuff.

Cured his Cancer, all good now.

    # 2. Bowel cancer diagnosed.

Aggressive traditional medicine used, cancer cut out, now on a bag but very happy to be alive and going to Europe with his wife.

Doubt whether either one would of given the choice of using Cannabis oil up against the traditional medical route of modern medicine would of picked the oil.

Not sayin that the herbal way can never work but it's a totally different story when actually given the choice of treatments.
