But the Republicans conveniently refuse to appoint an independent prosecutor with subpoena powers.

Now why do you think that is?

So you don't believe that the FBI Director actually appeared before Congress today? It was all fake?

I forget who on the congressional committee made the observation that it was very surprising that there were so many people at the centre of Trumps administration with close ties to Russia that they tried to conceal. from Flynn who was fired to Sessions who reclused himself. let's not forget Paul Mannafort. Russian agents, Flynn and Mannafort, at least.

It's been proven that the Russians hacked Hillarys email server and leaked the emails to wikileaks.
    Also John podestas.
Of this there is no question.
This is a direct attack on the U.S. by an adversary.
The only question is were any Americans involved.
Why do trumpettes have such a hard time with this?
Are they not patriots? Are they traitors?

Watch the first 6 minutes of this if you dare.

Trumpettes/Republicans are so afraid of what will be found. Deflect! Trey Gowdy banged on and on about the leak of Flynn's communication with the Russian ambassador. It is mind boggling Gowdy doesn't want to get to the bottom of Russian interference or connections.

Schiff's narrative was quite compelling. The investigation into Russian hacking and possible collusion with the Trump campaign will go on for a long time and undermine the credibility of Trump's presidency. It is important to remember that during Watergate Nixon had made a decision to secretly tape all conversations that took place in the White House and when those tapes were subpoened it revealed a massive cover-up by the White House staff. It is doubtful that any of the coversations that took place between the Russians and anyone on Trump's campaign were taped. The only thing that may bring some light on these matters is if people like Roger Stone, Paul Mantafort and Carter Page are asked to testify under oath and they tell the truth or if information from other sources, previously undisclosed or yet undiscovered, comes to light.

The house intelligence committee investigation has three tracks; investigate Russian hacking and interference in our electoral process, investigate possible collusion by the Trump campaign and investigate leaks regarding the investigation. The last focus is an effort by the Republican leadership to shift the focus away from the real issues and the American public sees through the hypocrisy. Trump is the one who benefitted most form leaks during the election and in his own words encouraged them. Once again Trump is the victim of his own big mouth and lack of restraint. One can only hope that he doesn't learn his lesson from his various gaffes and lies and he keeps on shitting his own nest.

^ That video and the video of Schiff above, yes, decent speeches, but it's not difficult to sound good when you can speak without interruption and put over your political views (both Democrat). It's all one way, a monologue. Not really impressive.

Got to take your hat off to Putin, a country that is around 12th or 13th in world GDP, spends less than Saudi Arabia on it's military, think has one old aircraft carrier, few modern planes, can buy US elections.

Tinfoil hats need issued to the US government, the USSR, communism has gone, capitalism took it's place.

Are they saying that the US elections can be bought by any country with a GDP in the top 15, or Putin is the smartest politician in the world.

^ according to these guys the Russia took over the USA by dint of podesta clicked on a phishing link and trump liked Russian whores to piss on him.

But whatever, let the window lickers entertain themselves with their fantasies, it will just make it easier for trump to win again, as long as he follows through on his agenda.

What does GDP have to do with it? Putin's got most of it anyway.

And cyber-warfare does not require expensive, advanced weaponry.

(Tinfoil) hats off Russia for working out how to manipulate social media and the Internet to create false narratives, but that isn't the only issue here.

    Are you retarded?
Pay attention to what's going on. Try looking at things through apolitical eyes for a moment.
It is without doubt that the russiand hacked Hillarys email.
    Agree?
This is an attack on the U.S. democratic process.
    Agree?
The Russians are NOT a friend of the U.S.
    Agree?

^ hideousillary claimed her server never got hacked.

How is hacking a server an attack on the democratic process?

Russian interference was no different to any previous election

Wikilraks made it clear that the dnc emails they published were from a leak within the dnc. No one from the FBI, or any other federal agency has been allowed to examine the dnc server. In any case all they published was dnc's own emails.
