But that doesn't mean he found nothing, because he clearly did, nor does it exonerate Trump of committing any crimes and it did find that Russia attempted to influence the election.

Other charges stemming from Mueller's investigation are subject to AG, Congress and NY state decisions to prosecute.

now it's up to congress to continue with its constitutionally mandated oversight, and for the state of NY and SDNY to prosecute any crimes they uncover.

The report literally says it doesn't exonerate him: "while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him"

He certainly obstructed justice on a number of occasions. What we are left with is what we always knew - Trump is unfit for office, a crook and a conman who has done nothing but divide the country.
