I suppose if the average Thai earns around B10,000 a month, then a westerner should earn from 100,000B a month or more, seeing as the average westerner is capable of doing about 10 times more work in the same time, doesn't require constant supervision, doesn't spend all day on the phone to friends, doesn't need feeding 6 times a day and can think for themselves.
^ same same the fcknuckles i work with in indo!
go here and you'll drop 10k in one night - easy

I worked out a budget for my self of about 50K month, Live in our own house in Udon, only meal out is Saturdays when I take my kids out to KFC, never go to bars but have a couple of bottles most nights. Average spend without extraordinaries is 80K month.
Fixed exps are 0.3 K water
2.8 K Elect
1.6 K UBC
1.0 Telephone & Internet
4.0 k fuel
3.0 K School
Where does the xtra approx 67 K Go?
Never had to constrain my expenditure before so budgeting is not a skill. Now trying to get a handle on it my running a spreadsheet.

Don't waste your breath on Marmite.
His opinion about Thai work and effort is fixed in stone.

I agree that Thais get paid low wages, but most get what they deserve.
Yes, there are many good Thai professionals, but quite simply none of them compare with their western counterparts.
can u use your quote also....
I agree that Indo's get paid low wages, but most get what they deserve.
Yes, there are many good Indo professionals, usually because they have been educated or worked overseas, but quite simply none of them compare with their western counterparts IME
