    Cool.

It's not like his grossly childish display and yet again refusal to condemn white supremacists and instead directly appeal to them because he's a racist would've been enough to dissuade you anyways.

Actually, as a resident of Thailand I have very little, actually no concern with who wins. People hang their hats on the talking head aka potus - the folks who control the game are the 535 congressman and senators, add the President and VP for 537. And not a one of them loses any sleep over the little guy. If they did, what exists would not be allowed.

Its congress that runs the USA. POTUS is just a talking head. Yes, he may have veto power but a super majority overrides.

Who wins, who loses - I don't really care. The impact on me is minimal, realistically non-existent. Really a good place to be in.

Trump has had a huge impact in the USA. He has divided us into the left and right, democratic and republican, racist and non-racist. He said he would not personally wear a mask and millions followed him causing untold death. He put oil tychoons in charge of the EPA, idiots in charge of education, and fired hundreds of state department employees that had decades of knowledge of world affairs. The USA is in the worst state I have ever seen it, and it is all due to the hand of Trump.

Again, cool story, but you still voted for the racist petulant baby: even mailed in an absentee ballot for him.

So you clearly do care on some level.

I voted as it is not only a privilege but a responsibility. If you shirk your responsibility and do not vote you do not have the right to voice an opinion.

As far as the Trump presidency - he is a failure as a politically correct taking head. But, he is the talking head of the republican party - and, they, the republican party did not want him - now they are stuck with him, the republican party is very happy there are term limits for the presidency, although they would never admit it.

My vote, although cast for Trump, was more a vote for the status quo. NOT the status quo of protests and riots, but the status quo of the money machine, aka the economy, but, actually the financial markets (quite different from the economy). My vote is for my wallet. All that matters to me is my family which is supported by my wallet, my nest egg, which is invested in and supported by the financial markets. A single example - the shortest bear market in history.

Biden has said he will eliminate the Trump Tax Cuts. That will disrupt the financial markets. Possibly a significant disruption that could cost me, and my family, considerable cash. Speaking only for myself - there is a reason I cast my vote for the talking head of the republican party Donald Trump. That is the reason. I did briefly considered the democrats talking head and decided to vote for the status quo.

But, once again - as a Thailand resident the winner of the 2020 US presidential election will have very little impact on myself or my family. I have stacked the deck to the best of my ability to minimize the elections impact on myself.

The world will continue to turn.

    He's a failure as a man, a human being, and a president.

He's a racist wannabe dictator who has divided the country and made the US a laughingstock. He's a criminal and a fraud and a cheat.

    That's what you support.

It will stabilize overheated markets, not disrupt them. In fact, the markets have been in perpetual disruption since 2018 as a result of an economy in shambles.

Harden up precious, if the shoe-fits.

There are 200,000+ and counting Americans dead and you've voted for an abomination of a man... Because economy.

We've been hearing about this overheated market for a long, long, long time. I made a decent return playing the tortoise, not the hare.

Thing is - let the professionals handle your money - Diversification, Diversification, Diversification.

The current PE ratio of the S&P 500 is around 20. Lets say that after this coronacrisis ordeal that after 1 year the PE ratio has risen to 25. That's still a yield of 4%, which is pretty good if you consider that a 10 year treasury bond yields 0.6%. If anything the stock market was overvalued in the past e.g. back in 2005 when 10 year treasury yielded 4% and the S&P had a PE of 20 (Yield of 5%), which isn't that much more compared to the 10 hear treasury yield.

    That is an opinion. Here is some of the bad Trump stuff we heard about in four short years - things the Democrats have hung their hats on;

Russian Collusion, North Korea, Michael Flynn, China, Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenetti, Iran, NAFTA, Robert Mueller, Paris, Ukraine, Impeachment, Trans-Pacific Agreement, Covid, Antifa/BLM Protests, Bankruptcies, Income Taxes… might be he's a Teflon Don

Biden didn't do too bad, but Trump was Trump and was the winner, so at the end, he still won the debate on performance

awesome shitshow anyway, Trump delivered, once again

I can't wait for election night, it's going to be awesome

Obama brought the economy roaring back from the precipice after the mess he inherited from another GOP president Bush and Trump has fucked it again with his inept and deadly Covid response -- no, the economy isn't the markets.

But what are the odds bowie shuffled the Bush blame to Obama and would've screamed blue murder had he said even one of the things Trump regularly does.

So you've really got to wonder what the one real appreciable difference to 'It's The Economy' bowie actually is...

sorry there elche, can't connect the dots

My diversified nest egg invested in the markets has returned about 5% per annum averaged over the past 20 years.

    Raising taxes disrupts markets.
