Your opinion of your opinion is grossly inflated. For too long O'bobo and others have listened long and hard at what others thought America should do. Now we have a president who is listening to Americans, and the chronic critics can go F.O. America didn't get to be the world's sole superpower by listening to perpetually butthurt sniveling whiners. Sorry if your idea for America isn't shared by us.

    Maga bitches.

He's listening to a minority of Americans, until its time for him to go to prison.

Reports Donald Trump demanded security clearance for family 'very concerning'

Former acting director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, says he is very concerned about reports United States President Donald Trump demanded top-secret security clearance for his daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner, despite advice to the contrary from officials.

    Key points:

    • Andrew McCabe is concerned about reports Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner were given top security clearance
    • Mr McCabe says US President Donald Trump is a liar who manipulates the facts
    • Mr McCabe says Mr Trump is "not a fan of mine"

The New York Times reported Mr Trump ordered his chief of staff to grant Mr Kushner the security clearance last year, despite concerns raised by intelligence officials.

Mr Trump denied he had anything to do with the clearance.

Ms Trump also told US TV show The View her father "had no involvement pertaining to my clearance or my husband's clearance".
Mr McCabe said if the allegations were true, "people in the intelligence community [in the US] should be very concerned".
Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...

So both Trump and Ivanka reckon the clearances came as a matter of course. Sounds doubtful.

Indeed. A Comander in Chief that allows nepotism to trump national security is a major concern.

Thought Bobo, the Almighty Savior, fixed American Healthcare. No? It seems to be working for all the Canadians flooding south to get patched up and cured. And all the Brittles seek out US healthcare when the failing NHS lets them down -- which is increasingly frequently.

Anyway. Donald J. Trump is doing a fantastic job as President of the United States of America. YOUR president, Americans. Stand proud and wave the flag!

The interpretation of "universal health care" as shown on the picture and in the Wiki is somehow misinterpreted.

In most of the listed countries you have to pay monthly premium for every member of the family or you are covered by a group insurance of (big) company that, of course, reduce your full salary benefits. Obviously, with certain difference among listed countries.

That's somehow quite different from the real "free health care" for every citizen of other countries.

Even the citizens of poor Thailand enjoy the "almost free health care" (30 Baht) unimaginable in most richest country (please no names here)..

No they want it "free." And when their health insurance rates drop but their gasoline and home heating bills double, their property taxes go up, their grocery bills increase, their pet licensing fee doubles, their parking fees at hospitals skyrocket, their take-home pay is reduced, etc, etc., ... they'll start pissing and moaning like Brittles in short order.

    Nothing is free.

This aphorism is as true today as it was when I first observed it a dozen years ago. "Brittles despise the NHS, unless there's an American within earshot."

NHS might not be perfect, but it's still 1000 times better than what US citizens have.

Solid proof, if it was required, that you have absolutely no idea about anything to do with the British people.

You can foam at the mouth all you like about your beloved idiot amateur, trying to run the country, but if you believe that comment about the NHS, you are as deluded as the orange idiot is.

You should probably check your healthcare insurance to ensure that it covers mental incompetence.

NZ has no such premium for standard healthcare. One simply pays a small fee for each doctors visit and a token amount for most medicine.
Accident insurance is different though. There is an accident premium built into petrol tax, car registration and every employer has to pay into the scheme. Industries with higher rates of accidents pay a higher rate (eg a logging contractor might have to pay $4 per week for an employed lumberjack while an accountant might pay $0.5 (not much burden placed on the health system by paper cuts).
As a result, almost everybody can afford to go to the doctor any time, and accident victims go straight to treament with no hassle or fee all they way through to full recovery including compensation for loss of wages (80% of average earnings is paid while off work).
The only complaints are from people who require medicines that are not covered, usually for unusual ailments.

How's that NHS service in Thailand? My US healthcare covers me here -- and my family, too. I guarantee I wouldn't trade mine for yours.

NOT FREE. I feel sorry for those poor souls having to pay hard-earned money for what should be a basic Yuman Roight!
