He got smacked down pretty hard by his former student on CNN. Can you prove that he is not a crazy loon by any chance? Do you think that Rudy Giuliani is a sane credible individual?

    Of course he hasn't.

He's taking the word of a pathological lair and convicted fraudster that he did nothing wrong.

It was refuted and very strongly so if you didn't live in a bubble you would understand. Sadly you are brainwashed and live in a world of fake news.

So once again I ask you...

Due to the preponderance of evidence can you prove either otherwise?

Would you you like to share by whom it was refuted?

well , let us start with the ones legislated by the elected representatives of the USA

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." The House and Senate are equal partners in the legislative process—legislation cannot be enacted without the consent of both chambers

I have have no intent or reason on proving anything about either one. Now crazy or not what Dershowitz wrote ,until decided by the Supreme Court to be otherwise , is quite plausible.

After reading the transcript of Dershowitz and Toobin’s debate on CNN it appears you overly exaggerated Dershowitz being smacked down.

No,your question was a bit vague. So you are referring to laws enacted by Congress, knowing that, then those laws obviously are created by Congress and signed into law by the President and enforced by the executive branch if the Supreme Court does not step in and decide said laws are unconstitutional,or it seems of late unless the Supreme Court rewrites the laws so they may pass constitutional muster.

So again what is the point of your original question.

So how do you explain this statement?

    Because, you know:

    ARTICLE I: ABUSE OF POWER
The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives "shall have the sole Power of Impeachment" and that the President "shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors". In his conduct of the office of President of the United States—and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Donald J. Trump has abused the powers of the Presidency, in that:

Using the powers of his high office, President Trump solicited the interference of a foreign government, Ukraine, in the 2020 United States Presidential election. He did so through a scheme or course of conduct that included soliciting the Government of Ukraine to publicly announce investigations that would benefit his reelection, harm the election prospects of a political opponent, and influence the 2020 United States Presidential election to his advantage. President Trump also sought to pressure the Government of Ukraine to take these steps by conditioning official United States Government acts of significant value to Ukraine on its public announcement of the investigations. President Trump engaged in this scheme or course of conduct for corrupt purposes in pursuit of personal political benefit. In so doing, President Trump used the powers of the Presidency in a manner that compromised the national security of the United States and undermined the integrity of the United States democratic process. He thus ignored and injured the interests of the Nation.

So is it dyslexia, Alzheimers, or you're just a liar?

None one of the above,it has never been proven ,only charged,Trump withheld military aid to use in a quid pro quo to get Ukraine to get dirt on Biden. He would only be guilty if the Senate convicts him.
