Whatever happened to the "Balanced Budget" requirement? Why did the dems just vote to kill the Obamacare tax? Why did the repubs run Romney against Obama? Why didn't the repubs kill Obamacare when they had all three legs of the stool? How many Americans can correctly name their congressional representatives?
The US political system is set up to promulgate a most divisive two party system playing one side against the other. And, the politicians are masters at it.
The little guy means naught. A politician's job is to vote for what is "best" for his constituents. They are elected by the people to make their lives better. If they did their jobs correctly, we all would be on a good path to prosperity - well, we ain't.
And, it isn't because the repubs are bad or the dems are bad. 'tis the system that is bad.
