Indeed they are. There is no Comparison between the two parties and anyone that attempts to argue otherwise is just a tool for the oligarchs. All you have to do is look to Kavanaugh to validate that fact.

If independent voters agree there is a good chance of gaining majorities in one or both houses of congress. But there is a chance that those voters will be turned off by the whole episode. I think the key is women voters. Many of them understand and empathize with what Ford is going through better than men do.

If they come out in mass and vote. Also Dems need more than just anti Trump, Republican message or folks will as you note, just be turned off.

You have entrenched yourself on one side whether you like it or not. You have been pushing the RT/Sputnik/infowars propaganda. If you are too dense to understand or care than I can not help you. That is a burden you and your lack of intellect will have to bear.

Clearly why SK is absent. I think he would dress you down.

And a 2nd woman has spoken out.
"The New Yorker said 53-year-old Deborah Ramirez described the incident in an interview after being contacted by the magazine. Ramirez recalled that Kavanaugh exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away, the magazine reported."

Let's hope this is enough to flush this turd down the toilet.

taken from the new yorker article...

By his freshman year, Kavanaugh was eighteen, and legally an adult. During his confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Kavanaugh swore under oath that as a legal adult he had never “committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature.”
all it's going to take is one or two more people in that dorm to say they saw it or heard about it at the time, and he's done.

And the Ramirez story sounds like it could have been during a raucus party with people everywhere. Lets hope the story jogs some memories.

Odd that he made the distinction "as a legal adult", suggesting he knows full well that he did those things but thinks it was before he turned 18. That in itself is pretty "off" for a SC judge, a childhood commiting sexual assaults. It also shows his attempts at being evasive and ingenuous.

Do really all these hearings need the mummery (for the stupid trustful population): "nothing but truth"?

I lean toward the bookmakers odds.

Will Kavanaugh be confirmed to the Supreme Court?
    Yes: 71.4% chance (-250 odds)
    No: 33.9% chance (+195 odds)

i hope what he says is accurate, but avenatti is a bomb thrower who clearly enjoys the limelight...be cautious of putting too much faith in what he says.

The guy certainly throws some bombs out there, but I get a very distinct impression he's careful, sly, wily, and smart. He's dangerous to Trump, and funnily enough, I think he's genuine and a good man.Trump's stuffed as far as Stormy is concerned, and now Kavanaugh is too, thanks to Michael Avanatti.
I'm picking more to come re Stormy and it will come out at the best time possible (think midterms). Same for Kavanaugh, but timing is more urgent.

up to this point, i don't think anyone could argue with that.

but just a hunch/prediction....i think he's going to end up promoting something that turns out not to be accurate ...perhaps he'll be set up by the right or perhaps it will be due to his not being in front of the camera enough for his ego.

either way...i think he's going to take a fall sooner rather than later.

I think later, if at all. He is smart.

That's a possibility but they'll have to be good to do it.

I don't get the impression he's wanting the limelight for himself, but more for his cause. He uses the media to make his cases, not to promote himself. No doubt he enjoys the fame, but I feel he truly believes in his campaign against a sexualy predatory ignoramus of a president.
Had anyone heard of him before Stormy hired him?

Speaking of sexual predators, Michael Moore made a fine point in the video above. If any student went to her guidance counselor or teacher and said her dad had said and done the same things Trump has said and done with Ivanka, the law authoritues would have to be alerted and an investigation launched.

The thing is that he is really damaged goods. I think that he will be asked to step aside because time is running out. The GOP is under siege and the mid term election are right around the corner. He has to step aside now if the repubs are going to try and push another nominee through before the mid terms.
