Might also be argued that no other president in the history of the US or the world has been so completely, utterly, unqualified and unsuited for the office and such a blatant liar.

Most of the criticism comes because he's a bald-faced liar.

    It started before the election.

How many times did he say "On my first day in office...." and yet his biggest achievement is giving enormous tax breaks to corporations, the very wealthy - and himself.

Left to do the job? He's incapable of doing it.

Perhaps if he spent more time working and less time watching Fox News and fucking tweeting, he might actually leave a worthwhile legacy.

    He deserves all he gets.

It needs just a missile strike and the popularity will come again (or a secret deal with contra - what later can be cleverly apologized).

All that depending on the image makers...

CNN made the comparison but he is hanging in there maintaining his low ratings. All things considered, he and others would say he is doing ok.

The public appears to not really care anymore about his well reported behavior.

That's partly what makes the whole Stormy Daniels fiasco so bizarre I think. It's Trump: few are surprised he'd shag a porn star behind his wife's back and as you say not many actually probably even care, but through all the absurd denials / retractions / revisions / explanations him and his team have played a part in keeping it all in the news.

And then of course he turns around and blames 'Fake News'.

From day one, I had 45 pegged as a con man. A very clever one. In spite of a constant stream of lies, sexual infidelities, misoginistic statements and ultra right wing nationalism folks are clearly still being taken in by him. A testament to human stupidity.

Trump's constant lying has invited much of the pressure and crap that he has endured. Why should anyone accept this bloated narcissistic con man as leader of a country is beyond me. However, if that doesn't bother you, you're free to support the mendacious bastard.

he is actually not different from your average US politician, or even average Republican politician, except he is not as smart as hiding his flaws, which makes him by default a better person from the mediocre average

you know what you would get with him, a real estate sales man

That's because they don't care about the president, they simply care about their agenda:

    Abolish immigration
    Abolish abortion
    Abolish Social Security and Medicare

And that isn't just the extreme right either.

On the plus side this will isolate America more and hasten the demise of the evil empire, let's hope Trump gets 4 more years and the end of the empire should be in sight.

You call that support? I dont support Trump but neither do I denigrate him. I have no sides in this as you appear to do and I accept that the American people voted him as their president, no matter how silly their system.
One of the main principals of democracy is that the will of the majority is accepted and respected this has not happened with Trump.

From the first day his win was announced (and even before) every possible means have been used against him mostly based on lies and innuendo.

Take this latest fiasco, someone who he screwed 12 years ago has been dragged from obscurity to be used against him and she gets notoriety and money, no doubt why she got in the sack with him in the first place. He probably doesnt even remember her, do you remember who you screwed 12 years ago, I doubt many do.

You say he lies well those before him lied also, remember WMD, I did not have sex with that woman, Viagra given to troops so they could rape. His opponent in the "Race to the white house" has been shown to have lied. And some of these lies have cost hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives. He has a long way to go to catch up but it seems he is trying with this latest 'make an enemy of Iran thing'

The American people were given a terrible choice the only thing worse than Trump as President would be Hillary as President.

Yeah but the majority didn't vote for Trump though.

I must admit, all those porn stars that I've paid to keep quiet tend to be a bit of a blur.

    what nonsense.

every president has to put up with crap and pressure....and most in recent memory have 'endured' far more than trump who inherited a growing economy and also has full control of congress.

FFS, obama took the oath of office with the world economy on the verge of collapse...while at the very same time, the republicans were conspiring to "make him a one term president" in the words of senator mitch mcconnell.

W was on the job less than a year when 9/11 happened.....after the election results went to the supreme court.

stop sucking trump's dick for a few minutes and get better informed.

So trump does whatever he wants. Cohen rushes in after gets NDAs signed and passes out hush money, the Russians pick up the tab leaving trump up to his ears with Boris.

Just watched the John Oliver bit on Rudy Guiliani.

It reminds that anyone who is taken aback by his recent Trumptardishness and ineptitude really shouldn't be as he has been a cousin-fucking weirdo for a long, long time.

You see, one tin foil hat comment like that invalidates the rest.
You may not support Trump but you've got to agree he's a lying self absorbed asshole doing his bet to surround himself with yesmen and finding that at that level there aren't too many.
