Exactly. The report was broke by WaPo exclusively I simply missed the article. With regards to the dossier it should be noted that none of it has been debunked in anyway and parts of it have been proven true.

No. At the time of that tweet, the indictment had been unsealed and reported on. This reaction was simply Trump lying to his base because he knew that the charges went right up to 2017. The full tweet ended with the usual Trump tactic of detraction: What bout investigating crooked Hillary blah blah blah...
