It isn't about Trump or Clinton. It is all about ending the lying cheating government bullshit.
A angry old geezer on a piss high who thinks Trump having a hot wife was a good reason to vote for him has no credibility commenting on 'the real meaning' of the election or anything else. Go back to your wallet making and Wheel of Fortune.

I'd actually love to hear from Mr Earl how he thinks voting back in a majority GOP congress and senate is going to end the "lying, cheating government bullshit".

Not least because they are the very people that have got things the way they are today.

It was a Republican majority on the Supreme Court that voted in Citizens United.

It was the GOP that allowed the likes of Enron and AIG's criminal activity to flourish.

Are all of these Trump supporters so fucking dumb?

    They must be.

Trump calls Obama 'a very good man' after historic White House meeting

Washington (CNN)President Barack Obama welcomed President-elect Donald Trump to the White House Thursday, as both men put past antagonisms aside in a time-honored ritual epitomizing the peaceful transfer of political power.

Three days after mocking Trump as unfit to control the codes needed to launch nuclear weapons, Obama told his successor that he wanted him to succeed and would do everything he could to ensure a smooth transition.

Trump promises to repeal Obamacare in first meeting with Congress

Donald Trump promised to move "rapidly" to make big changes in Washington during his first visit as President-elect, following visits with the Republican leaders who will be charged with executing his agenda in Congress.

"We can't get started fast enough, whether it's healthcare or immigration, so many different things, we'll be working on them very rapidly and I think we'll be putting things up very quickly," Trump said in a brief press statement after dining alongside Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Vice President-elect Mike Pence. "We had a very good meeting, a very detailed meeting. We're going to lower taxes as you know, we're going to fix healthcare and make it more affordable and better, we're going to do a real job for the public."

He reiterated those priorities, naming immigration and the border, healthcare, and jobs as his top three "really good priorities" after meeting with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Obama care is history replaced with a combination of existing Republican plans.

There will be a wall bill passed. Something more than current Republican plans but less than the great wall of China envisioned by Trump supporters. There will not be a mass roundup of 11.5 million illegals. Banning of all Muslim immigrants Trump promise will quietly dissapear.

NAFTA will be renegotiated. Both Mexico and Canada ready to do so.

There will be a large infrastructure bill to create jobs. Somewhere around 1 trillion which will increase deficit.

The supreme court will have a new conservative member.

Trump never promised to ban all Muslim immigrant.

Not so fast Norton. A new healthcare law will require 60 votes in the Senate. Repealing Obamacare can happen almost immediately since defunding it only requires 51 votes in the Senate.
Are you advocating keeping health care from less fortunate because it wouldn't be a democratic bill, how nice.

It will but if the replacement plan includes preexisting clause and coverage for all sure there will be enough Dems to have it pass.

My feelings are of no importance. What is important is that we have a guy that ran for president on a platform of hate and bigotry and won. He has majorities in both houses of congress to do his bidding. The last 8 years the same Republican majority has obstructed everything Obama has proposed driven by extreme partisanship. Now it is time to play the game the way the Republicans have played it because it seems that obstinance and partisanship are the only things they respect. The Democratic party needs to grow a spine, stop trying to be the nice guys and give them back exactly what they gave the Democrats.

No chance they are outnumbered thankfully and now sensible things can be done to get rid of all the crap from the last 8 plus years. How any one could support that criminal bitch clinton is beyond me?

right, because that really helped everybody and in particular the GOP in selecting their course of actions for selecting the next leader ?

stop being ridiculous, we all know Trump is not going to get anything done with the Reps, they hate him. His only chance is with the Dems, and they might accomplish better things together.

he won because he will speak with no bullshit style, nobody really cares about his plan, he won't be able to make them, but at least he projected an independent attitude and that's all that matters

The racists and bigots are out attacking people on the streets and schools as we speak.
It really does seem to be bringing out the worst in many people.

Am I right in assuming he isn't the President yet but the 'president elect' until the inauguration in December?
What could happen between then and now to upset the applecart?

There are some good articles out with the data.

Clinton lost it (more than a DT win, IMO). (But I credit the Trump team for their hard work.)

There are those already contending for the DNC chair. One of those is Ellison from MN. Don't know much about him. He is a muslim.

Obviously the top corrupt dogs are gone or will be soon. The DNC needs to clean house through and through.

As for the House and Senate being Republican there are quite a few Republican Reps that were/are against Trump and some voted for HRC.

He will have to work with the Repubs on what he wants to do.

He said "end to all Muslim immigration into the United States". Was on his website but disappeared.

On the same night that millions of votes were pouring in for the real estate mogul turned politician, the page linking to his December 2015 statement was removed."

An irritating thread maker high on piss who can't sleep anymore, because his Golden Idol Hillary Doll lost to a non-politician....hands down....

(Wake up, the USA uses the Electoral Vote...not Popular...for a reason. Always have and always will)

Trump was thrown to the wolves..and came out Leader of the Pack.

Deal with it. Streets are filling up with idiot left nutters that are inciting riots for no firgging reason...other than they lost.

Jimminy Cricket....Trump has not even been inaugurated yet.

Overwelming win by Electoral Votes.....The system worked.

He played the game...and beat the odds...which were 90 percent wrong.

Did you see a squiggly little red thing under your first word? Squeaked in is more like it and lost the popular vote. Win he did though. If he would have lost you would be bitching about the electoral college.

    LOL...which election did you watch?
Need I show you the Electoral Vote count...it is quite higher.
Close would be like they were both close to 270.

He led through most of the voting...in fact...and not by a small margin.

Why would I complain against the Electoral College... That is stuff I learned in High School.

You sound like you just started figuring it all out. Trump was playing the Electoral Votes....like Hillary should of. They both used the same score card.

So tell me...in your mind...what the final electoral vote differences were.....?

This was why Clinton lost Humbert exactly no passion. Trump had it.

The last couple of days my friends that were DNC members are bemoaning the fact the the youth are turning out to protest. Where were they, they could have made the difference? Good question and I wont go there. Has to do with the DNC and they do know about it. Eerily quiet in some ways. Its over. The Clinton's lost.

In reality my vote was a protest vote not a vote from the heart. Just freaking stop the clown known as Trump.

If you’re having a tough time finding something, remember that even a blind pig can find an acorn once in a while. This encouraging idiom actually comes from ancient Rome, where the concept of a blind animal turning something up lent itself to the Latin saying that a blind dove sometimes finds a pea. An 18th-century Friedrich Schiller play employed the blind-pig-and-acorn version, and the play’s translation into English and French may have brought it into modern English speech.
