Right.... so, a person can invoke the 5th amendment, which says it cannot be invoked before a Grand Jury, before a Grand Jury, if they have a 5th amendment privilege.....

This is why Lawyers in America have fat stacks of cash. They have been exploiting everyone for decades.

If you are poor you go to prison and support that industrial complex.

If you are rich then you pour massive amounts of monies to lawyers and get off.

    America is a broken nation.

    Europe is worse

Nowadays the design of lamp posts makes it impossible to hang lawyers where they belong

Committing perjury again is a new crime. It is as if I met you in the pub and beat the crap out of you . you take me to court, and I am convicted, then my budy trump pardons me. The fact that my buddy trump pardoned me for the assault , does not mean that every time I see you I now am free to beat the crap out of you. Though it would be pretty hilarious, I am sure regardless of your political affiliation you would agree with the above. LOL

I am the FBI and I ask you "Did you talk to the Russians about blah blah blah"; you say no; I can prove you did; you get jailed for it; you get pardoned.

Then I ask you "Did you talk to the Russians about blah blah blah"; you say "I don't give a fuck, you can't try me for the same offence twice"; then I fuck off because you are right. Or I have to try you for a different crime.

Asking you "Did you talk to the Russians about a different blah blah blah" is probably the sort of thing a lawyer will eat for breakfast.

I don't think that "I don't give a fuck" can be an acceptable answer in a court of law. They'd hold you for contempt of court. Indefinitely.

The right answer might be "I have been asked this in court [places, dates], I have denied it under oath, and I have been convicted. In law, then, I am guilty. This is a matter of public record."

The same question then gets asked over and over, with different wording, but the answer doesn't change. What can they do to you?

But they don't have to ask the same question they can ask "why did you lie" and be careful How you answer that because we are talking to others and you don't know what evidence we have.
And call us crazy , but we don't think Biden will pardon you also . So again Mr Flynn , Why did you lie to us knowing the penalty?

Good work. I want Gillian Anderson for the prosecutor. I want Jodie Foster for the defender. I want torrid love interest between the two.

Now we have to find a role for Tommy Chong.

You should read what you post.

Q re: Flynn pardon and 5th Am right against self-incrimin. This rt is waived only w/r/t to illegal conduct he was pardoned for—lying to FBI re: contacts w/ Rus amb, right? I.e., hypothetically if Flynn conspired in some unrelated scheme, he retains 5th Am there? @AshaRangappa_

It's about how a load of trumpanzees have switched from Fox to NewsMax because Fox betrayed them by declaring Arizona for Biden at an early stage.

They feel.... wait for it.... drum roll........ "Duped".
