It would be a last resort, and a very sad day for America. But if the guy is outright trying to foment Civil war, it might just be necessary under national security grounds. At a guess, might be easier to declare him clinically insane and chuck him in a loony bin. Well justified too.

Would think trump is busy signing pardons, for himself included. Mind you, that will only possibly protect him from federal charges. A lot of others are after him.

The right thing to do is to have a clear and transparent look at the votes. The Democrats should demand this, so they can have their clear mandate to lead. America will not heal if they do not make the effort. This was a very unusual election, unprecedented in irregularities. Biden should be demanding clear recounts and reviews, with observers from both sides.
Anything else will just add to the suspicion.
